This apartment looks beautiful, but we never got in. We were contacted by owner that there was water damage 3 days before our trip, I agreed to another apartment which she said was an upgrade. However, the apartment to which we were sent, was not an upgrade. It was missing many of the amenities---jaccuzzi, washer/dryer, game room, grill, one TV, one parking spot, and the 1/2 bathroom. The pool was small and not well maintained. There were broken drapes, kitchen cabinet drawers fell out when they were open, toilet paper hangers pulled out of the wall. On the 3rd day of our stay I was contacted by the apartment manager who informed us that we were on the premises illegally. This ruined our vacation for us. I will not use VRBO again.

Upon entering Condo Unit, immediately noticed hole in wall behind front door & numerous marks on walls. A pile of blankets/pillows were on floor in corner of main living area.1 of the 2 outside patio chairs was broken. Table in main living area has peeling edging. Floors & Rugs dirty throughout. TV remote warning = low battery AND side to side arrows don't work. Huge hairball left in Bedroom #2 shower = gross! Comforter & Sheets on one of the beds in Bedroom #2 was filthy with extremely old sheets - starting to flake away = gross! We put them in the washer/dryer which I'm sure was heard by all the neighbors due to loud noises they made. Oh, and towels from prior visitor were still in the dryer. Microwave was broken as well - unable to close door without sliding plastic front piece up. Toilet paper holders broken on main level bathroom and master bathroom. Master bathroom ceiling light/fan hanging down from ceiling. And the kicker - the king-sized bed in master appears to have been used by an extremely large/heavy person as one-half of the bed was completely sunken in. No instructions for how to access hot tub/pool - owner did respond when inquiring on this and Wifi instructions but seems that should be basic arrival instructions. Condo is not as advertised and really disappointed with lack of overall cleanliness, other mentioned items especially the ridiculous king-size bed. Minimum standards are expected and those were not met.

We stayed at Maya’s place over the holidays and we were delighted with the room accommodations (a desk in master bedroom very helpful for remote work) plus the other bedroom with the two beds for our girls and my mom. Loved the views in master and on the main floor of the sailboats! Gorgeous pool and workout area plus fire pit and grill! Overall awesome and highly recommend! Thank you 🙏
