Nothing it was worse hotel experience for me

I booked for 2 days but I checked out on the same night of checkin because hotel doesn’t looks like decent family hotel. No relation with Fab hotel - felt cheated. First of all my booking was not registered in hotel list and Name was registered as Fab new york hotel but they are not aware of Fab hotel it is small hotel named as new york hotel. When I followed navigation it took me to different location and then I tried number which was not working and when I ask at reception they have mentioned that is fab hotel number. Staff communication was not nice and We didn’t feel safe at the hotel so we checked out same evening. It is not at all a family hotel. Room which we got bedsheets were dirty and room has cigarette smell and when we asked to changed the bed sheet - staff refused to change it.

Breakfast added while booking...but hotel owner denied to give that. No action from booking.com Worst service

They often time to off AC break the sleeping when he off the switch of AC every time has to say please switch on the Ac

Hotel is very good, and staff is also very co operative, over all environment is also good. And cost is also reasonable.

There was nothing to say good about the hotel. TV was not working. They switch off the AC in the Morning. They even switch off the geyser. Rooms are not clear. They does not provide toiliteries. 3 rd class hotel. pls don't book this. You will be very dissappointed.
