I left an important item to my room and called the hotel a day after checking out to see if they had saved it. Reception promised to call me back in 5mins, which didn't happen. Eventually ended up calling the hotel 4 times in the following 2 days, before getting an answer from them. And the answer: "Housekeepers found nothing from your room". So in case you happen to leave anything in your room when checking out, just remember that you won’t be getting it back ever.

We had a fantastic 8 day holiday at Grand Suites. A very clean & comfortable one bedroom apartment with fantastic views. Staff were excellent there for all your needs. Infinity pool & bar area were lovely will definitely return.

Good location, close to restaurants and sea front without the mad traffic. Big clean modern space, good size balcony. Reception staff 10/10. The only thing we missed was salt, sugar, coffee, tea and oil on the kitchenette, to do some basic stuff. The restaurant on the top floor isn't open probably only opens in summer. It has a pool as bonus. Would go back without hesitation.

Good location near the river front, shops and a great hotel band. The rooms were not sound proof as you could hear noise in the corridor and chair noises from the above room. We stayed on the 6th floors. No coffee or tea was provided from a 4 star hotel. Good size fridge. No instructions on how to use the induction cooker. No slippers or dressing rope in the room. Were not told about any night events on the 11th floors at the hotel.

The hotel is lovely but the area around it is not so pleasant. The room is large and comfortable with the benefit of a small kitchenette. The view from the balcony is overlooking the back of houses so not inviting

Unfortunately this was not the best experience we arrived the location though a stone throw away from the marina is a dump and I would actually be scared to walk out of the hotel alone at night .. the room had a really strong smell of old food the views weren’t as promised and the ceiling was not even done it was actually concrete with pipes showing etc … I hope they aren’t claiming this is the style of the rooms as a concrete ceiling like the ones seen in a car park is not style in my opinion it just makes the whole place look unfinished! The table in the terrace was very wobbly and we actually dropped a glass and shattered it unfortunately just with a little nudge of the table! 2 of the Ac s didn’t even go on and the only one that did didn’t work … all in all it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all and one I would not repeat ! Much much nicer places to stay at

The property and people were outstanding. A very comfortable room, clean and great shower. We did not use the restaurant or pool facilities and we prefer to eat out and mostly swim in the sea.
I would recommend this hotel as a great value destination and would certainly return in future.

We were very pleased that we chose Grands Suites Hotel Residences & SPA for our trip to Malta. The room was contemporary and spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. That gave us an option to have breakfast in before heading out for sight-seeing. The beds were comfortable. The bonus was the complementary laundry facility on each floor. It was perfect for our longer-stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to call maintenance staff a few times to fix the TV and the washing machine. They responded promptly. The outdoor infinity pool on the top floor, the indoor pool, sauna and steam room were lovely. The location of the hotel was convenient to access public transportation to get around the island. Many restaurants and several convenient stores are within walking distance. We definitely will recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again.

Beautiful stay, nice room, awesome rooftop, perfect location (20minutes walk to the ferry to Valletta). A bit confusing with the breakfast prices as we would pay one proce at the reseptions for more days, and another each day at the restaurant - made us misunderstanf how it worked. Otherwice, perfect.

Well appointed room in a good location c10 minutes walk from the centre of Sliema. Friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Good rooftop pool and bar area. Breakfast pretty ordinary for €15. Only other negative was having to chase every day for fresh towels and toilet paper!!

Set back off the main road but very close to the Bus Stop cafe that has great view over the harbour. Coffee shops in abundance and convenience store around the corner. Did not get to use the roof bar or pool as it was closed unfortunately. I would have appreciated a tea/coffee pack in the room however to make an early coffee in my room.

Hotel and rooms are really nice. But - Sadly it attracts young party animals prone to being noisy in corridors (not carpeted) , banging on headboard/corridor walls and banging doors. Also had a 10 second fire alarm go off. Weather was atrocious so no-one venturing out. No hot water in whole hotel next morning and receptionist hung up after saying it would be back on in 2-3 hours-ie after checkout time.

Good location close to restaurants, bars and sea front. Very nice rooftop pool and bar, great inside pool, fitness room, and spa. The room has everything you need. Only bad point is the sound insulation of the room, you can hear everything from the people in the corridor to the TV of your neighbors.

Had a great stay and loved the hotel except for a few issues. The room cleaning every 4 days was inconsistent.
The restaurant on the roof was closed to residents until December but no information given.
Despite the above we would book again in the hope that the issues can be resolved.

We had a great stay at the Grands. The suites are modern, well equipped kitchen, excellent bed and sheets and balcony. The views from the 11th floor rooftop pool were amazing. The indoor pool and steam room were great as well.
The facilities were great. The only thing we didn’t like as much was the really small coach where our son who is 12 had to sleep- it was quite short

The hotel is in a very convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants and the harbour. The hotel staff were all very poilte, friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing, with fantastic views across the harbour to Valletta. Would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at the new Grands Suites. Found staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially the cafe staff. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Pool area was lovely, it really is the signature area of the hotel.
Currently there is no restaurant, however I believe they are in the process of creating one adjacent to the pool area.

Really can not say anything bad. It was in a great area of Malta. Close to a lot of public transportation. The infinity pool on the top floor was amazing on top of the drinks and view of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is very convenient to shopping, bus, pharmacy, restaurant, beach, and my relatives’ house. The service people are very professional and friendly. Consider next time to live in the same place as well.

There was No soap to wash the dishes.

New tastefully furnished hotel which is a stone's throw from the Gzira promenade. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. Spa provides excellent treatments and includes a lovely pool, steam room and sauna. Underground parking is available.
