This place is a dump. The sheets are filthy and stained and the property is run down and dirty. I left immediately.

The room was dirty and the towels smelled. When I asked for new towels they never brought any, the room was infested with roaches. I checked out early and the would not refund me.

I made a reservation and the first room they sent me to had no lights working in the bathroom. Second room was still dusty and the linen was not clean. Slept there for one night and woke up with multiple bug bites on my hands, arms, and neck. Only option I was given was to love to a room with one bed when I initially paid for two queens which means my guest could not stay. No others accommodation was given. I had to go to the doctor once I came back home to find out that I was bitten by bed bugs. Horrible hotel.

I had to ask them to give Me a different room 4 times they never came to clean my room the first I had a mini fridge that smelled horrible it smelled like the battery or something in the fridge was burning my second room was ok but I didn’t have a microwave plat in my microwave and the sheets were dirty!!! Never again!

I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at the Red Roof inn.My family and I encountered several issues that severely impacted our stay, and I feel compelled to bring these matters to your attention.
Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a repugnant odor emanating from our assigned room. This unpleasant stench permeated the entire space and significantly detracted from our comfort. Additionally, upon further inspection, we discovered a dirty towel left in the bathroom, further adding to our dismay.
Seeking resolution, I promptly approached the hotel employee on duty and conveyed our concerns. Regrettably, the response I received was wholly inadequate. The employee advised that there were no alternative rooms available for us to switch to, effectively leaving us with no recourse to address the issue.
Furthermore, our dismay continued to mount as we found only one dirty towel available for use, with a notable absence of essential amenities such as shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Subsequent attempts to address these deficiencies with the hotel staff proved equally fruitless. Despite assurances from the employee that clean towels and toiletries would be promptly provided, our requests were blatantly disregarded, and we were left without these basic necessities throughout our stay.
The culmination of these substandard conditions and the evident lack of concern for our comfort led to a distressing conclusion: the

Upon our arrival on Friday night, we observed a carload of gangsters checking in right in front of us. They appeared to have hookers and drugs with them, and insisted on paying for two rooms in cash. I didn’t even know that you could do this these days. We told the lady that was doing the check in that we had made a mistake and asked to cancel our reservation. This place is very sketchy and we would never feel safe here. We would like a refund please.

The actual room was nice except there was no shampoo or shower gel or lotion in the dispensers. No smoke alarm, missing 2 lightbulbs, dirty bedspread. Also the vending machine was almost out of every thing and when I went to check out early in the morning, it took 15 minutes of me knocking and ringing the bell to wake up the attendant.
I went out for most of my time there but when I returned late at night there were people milling around in the parking lot near my room and I felt very uncomfortable and afraid.

I had payed for 3 nights online. I have been a loyal customer with HOTELS.COM and use only this venue for my hotel stays. Since everything was in order we then proceeded to the room. Upon arrival i went to the office to pick up the room keys. I was asked for my ID and i handed my phone which has the photo of my ID. The front desk employee or owner/manager then tells me if i had any other documentation to prove i was who i am. I said yes and brought out my paperwork from the county and all my credit cards that has my name on it and address. He said he needed my physical ID. I had explained to him that i only had the photo of it and since it has my name and address on it and that it was getting dark and my girlfriend was tired along with 3 pets who were in pet carraiges, to please reconsider. The money i used to pay for the room was all we had because we had just gotten evicted in a very short span of time. Im pretty sure he saw the bags we had and the 3 pets so i really cannot comrehend as to why are there people with no compassion, no emphaty, no consideration whatsoever. Policy states you need an ID (identification) to identify the person they are going to do business with. I had identified myself with numerous forms of credentials.. The money which was for our room was not refunded to us 3 days later. We had to sleep out in the street because of a policy that helps stereotype less fortunate people and empower narcisst, insensitive individuals to promote hatred and greed.

Needed a nice comfortable room for my partner and I to stay in. Check in was very easy, the guy was extremely nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking lot is very big. Overall I would stay here again.

The motel was dirty the sheets were the worst had to cut my trip short due to leaving early because this motel was filthy.
The sheets have blood stains and black marks on it.

I chose this motel because it was close to the Aquarium of the Pacific and I had an early race time. The staff and check-in were friendly and efficient. The room was a good size and the wifi worked well. Parking was easy as well.

The staff were all very nice and tried to help, but the property is in bad shape. The first room had a non-working TV and the people above me were dragging furniture and hammering for hours. I finally had to call the desk. I was moved to another room the next night. This was a non-smoking room, but it smelled awful. The reek of smoke was just terrible. I had to go buy a can of air freshener to get through it. There were also a crazy number of gnats in the room. The TV speaker was shot and had loud static. I didn't bother asking for another room because it might get even worse. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the other rooms. The staff was extremely nice and that makes me hate to leave a bad review, but the property was terrible.

Cockroaches, no tp even when asked got told i need to find housekeeping, only got 2 pillows tried to get more but again find housekeeping, ran out of towles and again find housekeeping, bedding was a sheet and a super thin top blanket, floors were dirth glad i brought extra socks dont walk around barefoot, pain chipping off walls, light fixtures falling off the wall. Dont touch tv or an alarm will go off, no channels basic tv and we didnt want to hook up roku stick if the alarm was going to go off. No blow dryer no microwave only in the office

Called ahead that we would be checking in late and were told they no longer have our rooms— no prior notification whatsoever. At first someone on staff lied to us and said the A/C’s in many of the double queen bed rooms were broken and they had many cancellations. After further conversation to find a solution and calling again to talk with someone else on staff, we find out they overbooked when they approved an extension and only have single king bed rooms - they wouldn’t even provide another room for the same price as our reservation after they caused the issue (2 double queen bed rooms were needed cuz we had a group of 8 people). After the second call they said they would call back after talking with a manager/supervisor to find a solution. Then 45 minutes later I get an email saying the hotel canceled our reservation. We were originally on our way there and then ended up being basically stranded in a city with majority of their hotels being fully booked and scrambling to find hotel for 2 hours in the middle of the night while also traveling with young kids. Really left us to fend for ourselves

Do NOT stay here. Walls are paper thin. People running and screaming all hours of the night, multiple cop visits just within the 3 days i was there to arrest people.

My boi Bobby was cool and had excellent customer service I love red roof end it’s a great place to relax in and it has a nice pool also and enjoyable go visit and ask for Bobby
