Location, own entrance.
The connecting door to the neighbouring room was unlocked , lock on our door did not feel secure. Door itself was loose. Bathroom did not appear clean.

Easy to find. Plenty of free parking. We stayed in the individual units behind the main hotel, so could park right in front of our room which had a kitchenette which included a mini fridge and hot plate.
The closest ice machine was on the second floor of the hotel building.

The breakfast buffet was a welcomed added bonus. Good quality, EXCELLENT staff attention and friendliness.
Suggest some information sheet(s) be placed in room regarding internal telephone extensions for this location.
Also a sheet with tv instructions and channel listings would be helpful. We needed assistance and it was a rapid response, but required a couple of return visits by maintenance staff to replace faulty equipment and provide instructions for the dual remotes required.

Was advertised to have a hot tub in suite but that was not correctly advertised.

Food was horrible and over priced.. and portions were small.. chicken club was dry fish was almost like it was not cooked

The breakfast was good, travelling with a pet so needed to take breakfast back to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. I forgot a piece of clothing in closet a the Glengarry found it and held it until I was able to pick it up.
The weather was raining the morning I left and the steps to the room were wet an very slippery. The steps need anti-slip surface put on steps.

i loved to property ! absolutely beautiful
No working phones in the room, Wifi wasn’t good for working purposes had to go other places to work but they re funded us our costs for the fee .

Breakfast was the best part of my stay. The gentleman who made my omelet every morning did a fantastic job. There was wide variety of delicious food. The service staff did a great job!
The price went up as our stay went on for 3 days. Disappointing since we were there due an evacuation from our house.

The entire staff were EXTREMELY friendly, kind, and eager to please. Always smiling, we felt very special and taken care of. Great, great staff. Their positive energy was welcomed and was a pleasant surprise. This type of work ethic and attitude isn't as common anymore so it was wonderful.
The shower was either hot hot or cold cold, or off. No happy medium. Also, the ice machine being in the main building only, and on the second floor.

The room was well provided including the kitchenette and other amenities. Breakfast was an excellent choice. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous.

Perhaps have an extra blanket on hand. A small directory with local pizza shops that deliver. Bathroom is small.

Loved being detached from the main hotel, lots of dishes and cookware to be able to make small meals during a stay.
How easily you could hear the neighboring rooms.

I didn’t like staying in the building separate from the dining room and pool. I had two children with me and it would have been more convenient and comfortable to be in the main building.

room was clearly under construction and very cold.

Facilities were amazing. Beautiful Hotel.
We were going to bed and noticed dry blood on one of the pillows. We ended up not staying the night and reported it to the front desk.

Overall a very nice stay. The food was delicious and the room had a kitchenette as well. Nice area with lots of attractions.
