The apartment is conveniently located in a Newport Beach neighborhood directly at the beach. It is really well equipped and has a super cool living room California style and a nice balcony with a view to the beach that has room for four to sit. We really enjoyed sitting out there. The bedrooms have a lot of space and are as stylish and clean and every room had a lot of towels that were soft touch and sooooo pleasant to use. Apart from a great air conditioning there are fans so we always could get a pleasant climate in the apartment although it was very hot. The master bedroom had a huge, super comfortable bed to provide sweet dreams. Bathrooms were stunning and meticulously clean. I would definitely recommend anybody who likes the warm temperatures to stay in Newport Beach instead of Pismo or Ventura Beach and to stay in this apartment. We received a recommendation about the pier on Newport Beach with a lot of shops and restaurants, especially the Bear flag fish restaurant, that was the best ahi tuna we had at the coast. The ocean is warm and the waves are fantastic!

We had a bit of trouble with the check in as we did not receive instructions with the entry code. But Avantstay was very helpful (unfortunately it added a lot of cost to our German phones calling them up). Although we were over an hour too early, they let us into the apartment to cool our errands which was very nice. The internet did not work properly and iPads would not connect at all. It got checked when we arrived but after a day we had a lot of trouble with it.
