As far as we are concerned everything for our extended weekend stay for our family of 6 was perfect. The home is huge and beautiful and clean and had everything we needed including towels, shampoo, bedding etc. The only thing it doesn't have is a yard, just a back deck. There is a basement unit that has acces to the back yard below. Other than that and a shared driveway the units are completely separate. The owner provided all the details we needed for check-in and checkout. Even with 2 snowstorms the snow was always cleared promptly. The neighborhood was very quiet and so close to all amenities. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for opening up your home.

Thank you for not helping us find another accommodation when you double booked the home. I know you said this has never happened to you before, however, it has happened enough that VRBO CSR sent me e-mail regarding double booking within seconds of me calling. It took us a very long time to figure out where we can stay since it was labor day weekend and only place available was super8 motel. I still can't believe you communicated with me hours before check-in regarding how you had to enter the unit to turn dishwasher on and that there might be water leak and even then you did not realize that you're unit is double booked. I'm sorry you did not handle this well at all. I'm absolutely disappointed as you did not show a single time that you cared about my family and I. You could have helped us find another place to stay but chose not to. I hope no one has to live through what my family did that night.

The property was in immaculate condition and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lots of grocery and restaurant options within five minutes drive. Host was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again if I am ever in the area.

The property is indeed a beautifully "put" away" home away from home. I'm not sure it was suitable for my family: all bedrooms are located at second level (which I knew from before). What I wasn't aware of was the step stairway to access the rooms - which was a big deterrent to my aged mom who has bad knees. Walking up those stairs were a big pain for her! But this was my bad.., I didn't ask the relevant questions beforehand. Also, one person who reviewed the property did mention that it was located along a rather busy main road..and I agree. From the master bedroom, one could hear the to and fro of the vehicles daytime and nighttime. Other than that, I would recommend this house to those who are looking for a getaway that is located in a settlement, except for the vehicular noise, it was a very quiet neighbourhood and located within easy access to major roadways, shopping, gas station and restaurants. I regret not having enough time to walk at the trail situated at back of property.

My family of 7 was in need of a place near both Toronto and Orangeville. This property was good for our purposes. I don't think I expected it to be in a development, but it did not take away from our experience. The house was roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. There is a playground close enough for our 9 and 11 year olds to play, and a walking trail around the community for after meal strolls. Three full baths, along with a powder room, and a roomy kitchen for meals. We enjoyed ourselves.

The house was perfect with spacious rooms, washrooms. Also it was clean and tidy. Cody supported us promptly when we had a small issue. It is located a little away from Toronto, but we could enjoy travelling Toronto downtown by just 40 min driving. In 5 min driving distance from the house, there are enough grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Overall, it is a perfect place for a family planning travel to Toronto area.
