Convienient Location, Adorable house. Near a lots of biking trails.
Swimming pool was neat, clean and pleasant. A well maintained property and throughly enjoyed the stay.
Host was responsive and some of the cooking vessels / kitchen ware may need a little upgrade. it is no big deal if you cook once a day or less.
Will recommend to anyone and wont hesitate to book again !!

This condo is very well laid-out with four bedrooms and comfortable beds in all. It was perfect for our family! Parking was convenient with designated spots right in front of the condo, and access was as easy as it gets. A fully stocked kitchen provided all we needed and the Weber grill was a nice touch. TV in the living room is large and awesome - great for a family movie night. Location is great with Skylandia beach just a short walk from the condo, and situated nicely between Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay/Kings Beach/Incline Village. The hosts were proactive with communication and quick to answer any questions. We definitely hope to be back - thank you!

A group of 8 adults stayed at this property while skiing Palisades/Alpine for a week. It’s conveniently located, has everything needed for your stay away from home. The heating is not fluid and upstairs bedrooms would get sweltering hot at night. Minimal house lighting but had everything we needed for our 6’+ of snow received while in Tahoe. We enjoyed our time here.

One star off for the severe cigarette smell in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The pillow case covers and sheets also had the smell.

Great condo that worked well for our family. We used it as home base when we went skiing and it was perfectly located. Excellent communication with the manager when we had questions about check in and while we were at the house. Only minor comment is that some of the kitchen supplies are
Starting to show some wear and tear, and an extra lamp or two would help a lot (as the living room and master bedroom were pretty dim once the sun went down). We would definitely stay here again.

very nice. There are two queen beds plus two sets bunk beds (4 rooms). So room for a larger family. in Dollar Point area. so not too far from many ski resorts. There is a Safeway a mile down 28 and another up 28 a few miles. Close to Tahoe City (restaurants, shopping, etc). Nice family room. Its a condo so the kitchen is galley style.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s near the town but a bit of a drive to the ski resorts. Definitely recommend this place

Cabin had rat dropping in the second floor in the master room. It had dog hair everywhere. Very unacceptable in cleanliness. I took video and picture to send it to the manager. I am a cancer patient and I have kids to stay in thos place

Perfect place for perfect vacation
Perfect place! Close to the lake, short drive to Kings Beach or Tahoe City downtown for delicious food. Or you can prepare your own meals in fully stocked kitchen. We traveled with 4 kids and we loved tennis courts, family pool and playground. There is a small patio with BBQ and a picnic table to enjoy your morning coffee close to nature. Rooms are spacious and beds super comfy. Huge parking spot in front of the house makes it easy when you come back from a trip. All you need to enjoy natural beauty of Tahoe! Thank you!

We were very pleased with the property. It had all the amenities we needed and it was very close to a great beach that was not crowded. We will for sure stay her again!

Work Trip
A few colleagues and I stayed at the property while involved at a training at Granlibakken. Although we did not get to spend too much time at the condo it worked out perfectly for our group. It met our needs and we also felt like we had a mini-vacation since we stayed off-site and were able to walk to the lake, use the pool, and relax a bit in a homey setting. Thanks!

Nice location. Condo a bit outdated
It was a quiet area. Near a beach. Condo is a bit out dated for its price. Cleaners needs to do better at cleaning. Was very dusty. Overall, nice time at this condo.

Fun family vacation spot
This property was just a short walk to one of the best beaches in Tahoe! The property offered a quiet setting and is close enough to anything your group would need to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in and the outside area was great for BBQ’ing or drinking morning coffee. There are a few beach chairs, life jackets, coolers, sun hats, and bodyboards in the entry closet. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental. The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Excellent choice
We were delighted with our condo. So clean, they have a great cleaning crew; chuck full of all the extras like bicycle helmets ( we didn’t have to bring our own); everything you can imagine was there. Beautiful barby. We ate out only once! Every appliance worked! We could go on and on! Thank you!

Grateful to have found it!
Stayed over 4th of July weekend with family and friends. We enjoyed the location, the pool, and the condo complex over all. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed. A few small signs of wear and tear but nothing tragic. Plenty of fans provided. Excellent, cordial and quick responses from the host/property manager. We would definitely stay here again.

It is about a 10 min walk to the beach, pools & tennis courts just a few minutes walk. If you want to go into Tahoe City, it's only a few minutes down the road. The condo is in pretty good shape and has things like chairs, boggie boards and icechests for day trips. Overall a nice place to have some day trips and come back and relax.

A big plus for us in these COVID times was that there were several walks directly from the the location itself. When we did jump in the car we were close to everything we needed. Totally recommended.

4 night stay
I love Lake Tahoe! Nothing is better. I have stayed all around the lake except Tahoe City. The condo is great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs.
The location wasn’t ideal. But that was our fault for not researching better. We ended up driving to the south side for a better beach. All in all we had a great vacation.

Family and I really enjoy our stay here, this condominium had a home like feeling with all of the Amenities that you will have at home. The beds were very comfortable and the near by beach was just a short walk from our location. Family and I would like to return for another stay sometime in the near future.
