The cottage has been updated nicely and is clean. It has views of the southern point of the island, the sound, and the ocean from the back porch. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a very nice experience!

We loved our stay! The house was equipped with everything our family of 7 needed. Easy communication with host and overall great experience. Highly recommended

The back deck has an amazing view. From the Atlantic, across the natural preserved point, to the sound, it is what the early discoverers saw. The sunset on the back porch is not to be missed. Just up the road we enjoyed great dining at The Beach House grill. Just right of the house we paddle boarded on the sound. Several houses to the left we walked to the beach. We used the outdoor shower frequently. I'd definitely come back.

Everything was perfect…. the location and view are gorgeous. The house was clean and very comfortable. Decorated perfectly. Will was the perfect host and communicated timely with us. No complaints here! We will stay again!

We were well pleased. Beautiful location at end of island. Very peaceful and uncrowded on beach. Had wonderful meals at Low Tide, Santinos, Sears Landing, and Breezeway. We will be back.

Our family traveled to topsail beach and found a peaceful retreat in the island. The house location was gorgeous watching the sunsets and had everything we could need as a family. It’s a short walk to the beach and the kids loved searching for shells. Even in cooler weather it made for a cozy getaway.

My family and I had a great time. The home was in a quiet and private location, and the views were spectacular. The house was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. Check in was easy and the host was very courteous.
