The property is roomy, well-maintained, well-equipped and in a beautiful location. The lake is quite nice, and we had a wonderful time during our stay. It was fairly easy to reach Yosemite, which was the main purpose of our trip.

We had a very nice time at this house. The house is very well maintained and cared for, very comfortable and everything is well thought through from beach towels to batteries. Peaceful setting overlooking the lake was very meditative. Thank you and We’ll be back!!

We come to groveland every year and this was the first house we booked on the lake and it was wonderful! The house was very nicely designed with beautiful touches and comfy beds and the views from the balcony were great. We enjoyed just having our floats by the dock and hanging out. There wasn’t a need to leave. A great place!
