Everything was perfect! Great communication, super clean, and the beach chairs were a huge plus!

The property was as advertised. It was perfect for my family of 4. The kids enjoyed the bunks while the wife and I enjoyed the master suite. The free beach set up is great, as long as you get down early enough to snag a couple chairs by them marking with your towels. Surf was terrible with red and double red flags the whole time we were there. So we went to the bay to swim a couple days. A/C worked excellent!!! Thats always a plus when its hot and humid and sunburned. I would recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.

My family enjoyed the view and close proximity to the beach during our stay. The condo was decorated beautifully and was equipped to meet our needs. I appreciate the prompt communication with the owner throughout our stay. The unit and property appeared clean and well maintained. We experienced issues with the AC not cooling properly, Amira was quick to make arrangements to address the issue. Overall, I recommend this condo to anyone who needs a relaxing vacation to Florida.

The property is exactly as pictured and described. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were immediately attentive to any questions. The view was amazing, and the condo was very clean. The furnishings were adequate and comfortable and the decor great for a beach condo. Everyone working at the building was friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at the perfectly located condo just steps from the beach for 8 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The condo has amazing views of the crystal clear blue ocean. We had an issue with the ac the first night we were there and our hosts were responsive immediately and had an ac guy out to the condo within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the care they showed us. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 3 and could comfortably accommodate more! I will definetly stay there again

Our stay at Amira's Condo was great. The property was just as described in the listing and the Host/property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The property came with everything that we needed for our family of four, which allowed us to have an enjoyable vacation. The condo was clean, it came with plenty of linens for the week stay and it was nice having a fully updated kitchen to have a clean space when making meals throughout the week. Our daughter has Celiac disease which requires a Gluten free clean space for cooking and eating and we had no concerns with contamination for her given how clean and orderly everything was. The property is located in a much quieter location on the island with many activities to enjoy just a short drive away when we wanted to venture out. One thing we really enjoyed was the provided beach chair's (2) and umbrella set up daily by the property management service for us to have a designated spot on the beach every day. These are first come however, so my advice is to go down and claim your spot with towels when they are setting up in the morning. This was easy if you enjoy a good Sunrise walk like we did every morning! Thank you again for sharing your space with us.

Very nice and clean condo- looked exactly like the pics. Easy check in and out. Beautiful beach and area. Lots to do. Would definitely stay there again!

We have been coming to Oskaloosa Island for about 6 years now. We have been staying at the Pelican Isle Condos for 4 years and have always enjoyed our trips. The area is beautiful and quiet. The Noles Family Condo is a very nice condo which nicely decorated with a great view and conveniently situated on the first floor so you can access it via stairs or elevator. Everything was provided that we would need to prepare or eat meals including utensils for grilling which we like to do. The only thing we could suggest would be a different mattress on the king…… it wasn’t terrible but after a week or so we weren’t as comfortable……but mattress are difficult to be right for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

We needed a seaside fix and looked for something that had a view of the Gulf. We were not disappointed. The host was very accessible and very lovely to deal with. We would not have any qualms about renting there again. Everything that we needed was in the apartment with the exception of with the exception of spices but didn't didn't really need that. Face cloths for the shower would have been nice.

It was clean and tastefully decorated. Enough for 2. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking. If you like to prepare meals. People can see in walking by outside. Beach over crowded because of public access. Large parties of people and offensive music on beach. We were not given codes to things upon arrival, no welcome package. Beach service is first come first serve.

Before arriving, I asked host if there was a reg coffee pot (only seen single serve in pics) & if there was an iron & board. She said no to all. I politely asked if she could get an iron & board. She said no & that there was just the Keurig. To my surprise upon arrival there was a new Keurig w/ single serve as well as reg coffee pot. There was also an iron and a very small board. Not ideal but better than nothing! The condo was pretty much as described. Bathrooms were clean as well as the rest. Some items in the kitchen were dirty (toaster, a few other items). I washed dishes before we used them. There really is only ONE trash bag in the trash can when you arrive so bring extra. There is carpet in the BR which was surprising in an ocean front condo. I just kept my flip flops on. We had issues w/ TV shutting off over & over while watching. They offered to stop by and check it out but we declined as it was vacation for us. Just used cable instead. They had good communication. Although I'd shared we'd be there in the evening the host had apparently sent me messages on VRBO asking if we were there yet. I had no idea as I was driving. I do not have any apps or email installed on my phone and I was using it as GPS. She then text me (again I did not know this as it was dark and I was driving in the country) and then she finally called me. I sent a text that I was still driving and was on the way. I have never had a host inquire so much wondering if we're there. I've never actually had anyone even ask because it's paid before you arrive so if you don't show up they still get paid. Both showers have the worst shower heads ever! It is a very fine wide spray with no water coming out in the middle. And there is NO HOT water. It is only warm. Husband complained as well. You have about 10-15 min tops of warm water. I have long hair so this was not ideal. Big issue w/ condo is the WHOLE ceiling except in bathrooms are covered in mold & it has a musty smell. I have pics and husband is a Contractor in the state we live in as well as in FL. Due to this my husband got a bad sinus infection. We didn't mention it to host as the only option would've been to let them in and clean or move to another condo. Neither was an option as cleaning fumes would've made us both sick and I knew there weren't any other condos available in our price range on the gulf. ALL of our items smelled of musty mildew when we got home & ALL had to be aired or washed.

This was a fabulous condo. It had a great view, easy access to the beach, was spacious and very clean. It was about 15 minutes to Destin, but we liked the quieter area. My only negative is I have Verizon and the cell phone service was not good, but that is not a reflection to the building, that's on Verion. The wifi was good so we could use it with our phones.

Very nice place. Condo was very clean & beds were comfy. Pool was refreshing. The listing is 100% accurate. Great updated decor. Will definitely rent again.
