We had a wonderfull vacation with our Teenager Kids! The Villa is a cosy home with beautyfull sunsets and everything we needed.
The location is perfect: the ocean, the pools, restaurants near by and we felt any time save.

This place is in a great location - sunsets from the back deck and sunrises from the other side just steps away. Far enough away from all the chaos of downtown Nassau (cruise ship traffic) to allow for a really enjoyable peaceful stay on the western half of the island.

The condo is very comfortable and was perfect for our vacation . We loved the private patio with the outdoor furniture & grill. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful and very well maintained. Location is great with restaurants and grocery store very close. We would recommend Serpendipity to our family & friends.

This townhouse is right on the ocean. I mean about 40 feet away! We practically lived on the patio.
BBQ and dinner table and exquisite sunsets.
Great community gated security.
So convenient to public transportation and walk to good restaurants.
Very quiet and peaceful setting away from the cruise ships, congestion and noise of Nassau.
The owner is very attentive to all communication, pleasant and easy to work with.

This property was perfect for our vacation. The unit itself has the most amazing view that anyone could ask for. Just steps away from pools and beach. The loft was perfect for our family friend and the two twin rooms were just down the hall from the primary bedroom. Living room had seating for everyone and a TV connected to cable. (But do you need that when the view is amazing!!!) Kitchen had everything needed for a vacation. So many things in walk-able distance including grocery, liquor store, and my son's favorite the rolled ice cream (and a certain restaurant with a pre-teens dream name .... "$$$$" deck). I am so happy we decided to stay here for our vacation and would tell anyone to do the same.
The owner was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. If you have any questions about your booking or vacation just send a note.
