Great hotel. Away from the noise of downtown yet close enough to walk. Great staff. Clean and quiet.

Valet parking was a bit pricey but parking is a challenge in the area so factor it in. $50+ per day

The Property was beautiful ! Everyone went out of the way to make your stay perfect! Even the food we had there was excellent!

Great Location nice friendly and helpful staff

Modern building, high-end feel, friendly breakfast staff, lovely room, parking garage right next door which was USD24 a day so half the price of the hotel’s valet parking.

Unless you’re interested in visiting the music studios on nearby Music Row you might prefer to be closer to the music bars at the other end of Broadway, which is a half hour walk though only USD9 in an Uber.

Decor and cleanliness

Forced valet. It being forced, one would think they would be more organized and friendlier. Restaurant on site, Gathre, was extremely overpriced for overcooked and mediocre food and very very slow customer service. Paid $300 before tip for three meals and a few cocktails and felt ripped off. This hotel is not family friendly.

The restaurant wasn’t what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was really poor. I’m talking about the food, the staff was excellent.

The food at Gathre , and music by Amanda Faye and her accompanying guitar player ( I apologize, I’ve forgotten his name), was exceptional! My husband and I will be back again. Thank you for a lovely birthday weekend!

It was very beautiful from the lobby to the room and even the rooftop pool/bar.

The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure in the shower which we then figured out the handle has to be in the middle vs being all the way on hot. I prefer very hot showers so the temperature was just okay.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower and city view room.

Some staff were lax and some were rude…. all the valet people except Jean Paul, who was exceptional. On booking I paid for the room and all fees and taxes. We were double charged on the fees and taxes from the hotel. The room service didn’t bring any silverware or napkins for our order so as we waited for them as our food was became cold. Told them to bring another order to replace. The food is expensive. And bad service in the dining room also. Had to keep asking for everything again like service, silverware, menus, water, etc etc. For a hotel at this price point we were disappointed. Pillows were terrible.
