Someone had left the windows open with the curtains shut so when we arrived at about 10pm it was freezing, the radiator was on but the size in comparison to the room was not right . Staff were great and very helpful and breakfast was fine . Needs alot of money spent on it , but probably to much for owners to care

The room was comfortable and the staff lovely. The breakfast was disappointing, badly presented and unappealing.

upon entering the bedroom we found blood stains on our duvet. the worker pulled off the sheets to reveal a mattress covered in stains of blood and urine. the shower head was covered in mould and the door didn’t close properly unless slammed. we stayed at the time of a private function so the dining room was out of use and a loud group of drunk people were wandering the corridors. we are still trying to get a refund.

Friendly helpful staff, rooms basic and not the cleanest of standards but for the price, can't complain. Went to the restaurant for tea but only did burgers or pizzas so decided on a take away. Bed not the comfiest, got a sore back and the noise of cars all night on the road outside kept us awake most of the night

Nice welcome from the 2 staff who kindly let us in room a little earlier.Very friendly and smartly dressed. The food on offer was good as was breakfast. The room was large and plenty of space to work in spotlessly clean TV was a little confusing to work. Free parking.

We stayed for 3 nites at the property and the condition of the rooms were not great. The shower did not work and as I was staying to attend my mums funeral this wasn’t a great start. The room had been painted but the painter did not move any furniture to paint behind the furniture so it was left with showing that it had been painted around them. We were moved rooms on the third nite to a better room but in the bathroom there was live wires uncovered on the radiator. The staff Sarah and her team were great and eager to help and went out her way to assist us and made u feel very welcome. And her deputy manager forgot his name. Check in is not from 8am as stated more after 3pm. Breakfast wasn’t great ok for just to have something. I would only go back to see Sarah but otherwise I will not be booking this hotel again

We where meet in reception and welcomed to the friendliest hotel in Perth and it was a great experience with excellent food and all you could eat at breakfast

We enjoyed our stay though we had problems keeping warm as heating wasn’t working properly. The whole place is a bit run down and could do with attention. Good breakfast, staff helpful and attentive. Ok for a one or two nights. Close to main city by car.

The hotel was absolutely ok. Room was pretty small, but I did not expect any bigger as I stayd for 1 night. Slightly disappointed about dinner meal as I am not pizza and burger person. Overall, it was lovely.

I booked the hotel for a team of mine working in Perth, they couldn't say enough good things about the staff and the hotel

Very tired accommodation, sink cracked, hot water tap in sink not working. Room needs a serious tlc, black marks damaged paint work.

Awful hotel, will never stay here again

Had to actually request a refund from this stay, the room was definitely not what was shown online! it smelt damp throughout the building. The bed wasn’t even made properly, the bathroom still smelt like someone had just used it. Room was genuinely disgusting in my eyes and i felt dirty and itchy even sitting in the room! Thought we would try and oversee the room and went to the restaurant before asking for a refund and sat for 25 minutes without being acknowledged at this point i got up and left! Also didn’t realise the bar is open till 4am! Cannot fault receptionist & barmaid Carrie, her customer service was phenomenal and she was very helpful!

Parking issue but not a big one. Starting was not great but the rest was wonderful. If I get opportunity, will definitely book again. Breakfast (Canteen and staff ) was best!!!!!

nice staff creaky floor in bedroom, view from window of a brick wall and rubbish, faulty ceiling light (wouldn’t switch off) loud banging noise and vibration coming from next bedroom being refurbished manager said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t move

The staff was very kind. The location is far outside the city centre, the room was poor and it was not possible to open your window.

The hotel looked nice from the outside. We stayed in room 209 for 2 nights , the matteress was stained. The shower was dripping had to take it down and leave it lying in the bath so we could go to sleep. The 2 hairdyers didnt work took one to reception they didn't have a replacement, had to go out with wet hair. Also plug socket loose. Also when we arrived it took 20mins till someone came to reception I went looking for someone disappointing stay.

There was a pipe with water poring out all night outside bedroom window room had a floor board that was so damp that my door went threw it and when I lifted the carpet was full of black mould with bugs all underneath is clearly not a new issue and the room stink of damp I told the staff and was told they couldn’t give refunds would be contacted but nothing still

Very poor went to our room it smelled of damp big time, water coming up through the joints in bathroom floor tiles leaking through to bed room with jelly ear fungi growing up at the edge of carpet below mirror and hangers for clothes. reported to management they had two employees who could not under English come to look at the problem which we had to point out to them. we asked for other room but got no answer back had to stay another night but in the morning our clothes had started to smell of the damp and the damp smell was getting a bit over whelming so checked out a day early, For what Expedia charged for three nights stay with no breakfast choice' apart from a cooked one, Expedia itinerary no,72603165608093 Purchased date 9 july 2023, of £561.93 was well over the top for the service we received. not a happy customer.
