I realize it’s hard to get good help these days. We arrived really hungry only to find out the full service restaurant is only opened limited hours. We ate there once. For the entire hotel, there was one server and one cook. She was very nice but overwhelmed. When I got in shower, after getting good and wet, I realized there was no shampoo in the dispenser. I bit the bullet and decided I would use a little of the liquid body soap only to discover, it too, was empty. I called front desk before my husband showered and he said he would tell housekeeping. We were in a time crunch so I asked if he could please bring it up asap. The dispensers have locks on them so he had to come in the bathroom and get in the tub to replace. He didn’t seem too happy about it. I thanked him again as we were leaving to go to a friend’s house but he didn’t respond. The rooms are large and comfortable. They just need better help and the info concerning the restaurant hours should be stated in the description.

When I reserved the room it showed that the property offered a buffet breakfast. Most of the Garden Inns do (all of the ones I've stayed at.) This one does not. When I brought this up to the front desk manager she waived me off and told me we dont do that here.

The room was comfortable and very clean . The desk attendance had no social skills , didn’t even Look up to say !Hi! Not the friendly person you expect at a Hilton Property. Maybe lack of training or just doesn’t care about his job .

Appears to be a new building. Lobby is clean and inviting. Our room was clean and modern

Perfect spot for a quick overnight passing through. Close to the city but without all of the craziness.

This is a solid hotel in an area where we’ve struck out before. It’s newer and clean, but no pool.

Really nice and new motel! Had a very mice room and extremely comfy bed! Only down point for me was the price of the room and no breakfast included (available at the restaurant for additional money). Staff was very good and very nice

I was sorry the Resturant wasn’t open for breakfast. I guess the chef didn’t come in. We were compensated with a couple of snacks. That was nice but not breakfast.

This hotel was comfortable, clean, and friendly. I have no complaints. Will be back.

What an amazing place, so much more than just your standard hotel. Trendy, spacious, clean, all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. Just May make this my new nightly spot for my business trips over. Absolutely loved it here.

Why can’t a floor only for those people with pets be established? I don’t appreciate dogs barking or sneezing from pet dander in my room.

Customer service was lacking, especially night staff. We also tried three times to eat at the at the restaurant, and never recieved service. The hotel was clean, and we had great service upon arrival, but lacked thereafter.
