Overall service was phenomenal. From front desk, porter, bell boys, restaurant crew are accommodating and willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great everything! Free breakfast was great and lots of tasty choices. Resort is 9 months young so everything is brand new. Close to everything. Our waiter at the restaurant was Omar who rolled out the red carpet service for us. We will be back real soon....

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed so far! Love the views, convenience to town and marina, best shower! The rooms were huge! Couldn’t ask for anything to be different! Staff was amazing!

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. But the AC makes a lot of noise! The food was good also! The view is amazing but the beach is not the best. The staff is very nice and very helpful. More of a family hotel. The massage was ok even if the middle of my back hurt the next day ( they said it was because of the AC) They have a gaming room which is great and you have to wait between the checkout and the airport shuttle!

Very nice rooms and nice design overall. 👌 The breakfast was very good and we looked forward to it every day. The aircon was really loud but easy to operate. Service at the pool bar was not good. It was really slow and non responsive and they did not give me back my change when i paid with cash.

The rooms are spacious and have a big bed, fridge and balcony. We really liked the room. The pool area is really nice, loved it! The hotel has a towel service, so you can borrow towels for pool and beach. The staff are so friendly! The only negative is the food. Even though the breakfast has a big selection, it is not great. The food is cold and okay. We ate at the restaurant once for dinner, overpriced and not tasty.

The hotel amenities are of great quality and the stay overall was enjoyable. Sitting poolside to enjoy the sun rise or sun set is just a super relaxing experience. The drivers outside the hotel charge 30peso per person into town. Make sure to have the exact amount. Its very easy and quick to walk to town as well. The hotel and room views are amazing and it really does put you in a relaxed mood. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The lighting setup in each room doesn't allow for complete darkness. The rooms have a window wall box air conditioner which are very powerful, and do a great job, but with only two cooling settings to choose from (loud or louder), its not practical to use overnight unless you enjoy some background white noise. The number of times I was asked for my room number during my stay, was a bit over the top. Its probably a staff policy but as a guest it just makes you feel untrusted to the point it gets a bit frustrating. The hotel should do better in making clean water more accessible throughout the hotel to guests. Two bottles per day isn't enough. We resorted to refilling our bottles at the gym. The hotel breakfast wasn't great. A lot of food tasted like it was cooked the night before. Could definitely be improved. The spa provides a great massage, and the games room is well appointed. The pool was great, but the chlorine levels a bit too high and hurts your eyes.

Lovely big rooms with a very comfortable bed. Loved the pool area, was great to relax around. Only suggestion for maybe some more umbrellas. The spa was amazing, one of the best massages I have had and a really reasonsable price. Nice and quiet in the area but a short tuk tuk ride to the town. Staff freindly and helpful. Breakfast could have been hotter for some of the items and perhaps some more coffee choices. Lunch could have had some healthier options. A lovely stay none the less. Thank you

Amazing hotel! Room was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful facilities, especially the pool. And the staff was truly wonderful.

The hotel is pretty outdated. I requested king bed upon booking and was assigned two beds, asked for the king they said they were sold out. There’s no attendant at the pool and no beach towel, had to walk around to find someone else to get towels. The pool are not facing sunset but an empty construction land which is disappointing. It’s not really walkable to the town because of the high traffic street. Will need to take tuk tuk everywhere you go. Airport transfer was not included, they charged 300 peso per person each trip that you have no other options.

I booked 2 rooms at Zuri resort for a 3-night stay, but chose another hotel for the same period and thought I had cancelled this. However, the booking was still active, & we basically fully paid and not used the 3 nights. On the day we were supposed to leave Coron for El Nido, there was a typhoon in the area halting ferry services indefinitely. So we had to extend Coron stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Zuri, called and spoke to Zenna who was so kind to let me use the credit of the unused 3-night superior room for 2 nights in the luxury rooms. The stress of running around trying to get up to date information on ferry services (which was like drawing blood out of stone as staff we spoke to had limited English, didn't want to confirm) booking rooms etc... was very frantic, so Zenna's understanding was a big help which came at a much needed time. Thank you Zenna, your empathy & customer service level should be commenced.

This entire resorts wants to be a 5-star resort but it fails spectacularly to reach that level. The entire complex is quite good, and the pool area is fitting of a 4/5-star resort. But the entire stay is lacking due to bad hospitality training. The staff really needs better management and to understand how a proper 5 star experience should be. Many of the staff can communicate in English through phrases they've learnt however, they don't really speak English - which is fine if they would be understanding in what you ask. The breakfast is a joke, it doesn't have good options for a asian breakfast or a western breakfast, instead it had mediocre choices for both. The food overall at the hotel is very bad and boring. The only upside are the drinks, we can recommend Hurricane from the Grove Point bar. When checking out they claimed we had stained the pillow case and wanted us to pay... 100 pesos per pillow case, which is such a low amount - why even bring it up and claim we had done so? We had not stained it and they tried to bring it to show us. Just shows again that they dont understand the service level needed for a 5-star complex. The hotel is located above a swamp and the view from the hotel/pool is very bad. Maybe you can see this if you look at Google maps before, but overall we felt like the location isn't very scenic or fun. This place could be a gem, but it's not. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Resort itself is top notch in virtually every way - rooms, service, grounds, amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend Zuri to family and friends. Roads from resort into town are rough.

Excellent experience, the facilities are amazing. Not too far from town, getting a tricycle was 60 php and +-10 minutes to get there. We had issues getting to Coron which led into booking 1 day later. Yet they extended our booking one more day so that we would not lose that day. Personnel is superb and so does the food. If ever getting back to Coron, I would choose Zuri again.

Nice hotel with view but service was not good for the cost we pay for the room. Have to ask for fresh towels and amenities. When we check in the corridor and the room was smelling of spray paint which we complained but no one call us back to follow up. Spa was out of service for more than 4 days but no communication.

Staff were very accommodating with guests’ needs. We were there earlier than check-in time and were able to get a room, though not on the floor level we like, but they were able to grant our request to move us to a room on higher level with a better view. Bathroom shower had a problem which water flows like only a drizzle which caused me to be in shower for like an hour (normally 15 minutes only) due to very slow water flow… when I complaint about it, they were able to send someone to fix it, but oh it got me really mad on my first time to use that shower but everything was well after it got fixed. Breakfast buffet was really great, and swimming pool was awesome place to relax after a long and strenuous island hopping.

5 Star amenities. Great service. Took care of everything for us - tours, towels, transportation, meals. I would recommend this to everyone who is visiting Coron.

Clean, superb facilities, well kept, rooms and sheets are clean. Great value for the money and food is excellent.
