The hotel was under construction, and very little suitable parking was available and the backside of the building looked scary and dangerous. Carpets were visibly dirty in the hallways. Pool was drained and unusable. No compensation was offered. TV remote had no instructions and when I called to the desk for help, they said they would send somebody up and nobody showed up. After finally figuring out how to get the cable to come on there is no menu and very limited channels to choose from So overall, it was a terrible stay. There were no vending machines only a little store with limited snack options, and during checkout for just a couple of items, their computer wouldn’t show whether the transaction went through or not so we had to stand there forever to get our snacks while they figured it out. There were lower rates available for other properties close by but chose a more expensive option thinking it would be a nicer stay for me and my little girl that just wanted to swim but couldn’t have been more disappointed!

Hotel staff were amazing, kind, and helpful. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Environment was welcoming and reasonably priced.

This was a budget friendly hotel. The staff was amazing. They were kind, polite, and helpful. The actually building was a little weird in that all the windows faced the interior of the hotel. It was as if it was a motel with external entrances and then they built a lobby around that so each door opened into a large internal foyer. Once I got past not being able to see outside from my room, it was clean and comfortable. One final surprise is there were no closets. So no hangers or place to hang clothes. But there was an iron and ironing board so luckily it didn’t matter too much. I would recommend if you’re looking to for an affordable stay and not looking for that resort feel. A nice comfortable place to sleep.

Most horrible stay ever. Half the room did not have electricity. The front desk guy was asleep in lobby with girlfriend which resulted in someone stealing my my door dash order. Just a horrible stay in general. The agm was a nice girl but that it

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was not old, but it smelled awful the minute you walked in. It was so terrible we left as soon as we had breakfast. The room was 220.

Handicap room was great good for wheelchair I am a tea drinker and they did not have any regular tea at breakfast or lobby area. I checked with the staff and was no regular tea. They need instructions for using the tv. Last occupant put it on Spanish and I could not find setting to change to English

We loved our stay at this hotel. We were greeted by a friendly young man when checking in. Our room was newly renovated, clean and spacious. This hotel is getting a complete transformation and once all is done it will have a nice bar area. Would stay there again.

Check in was easy, clerk was friendly and helpful, upgraded our room. First room, the floor was wet, possibly from a plumbing leak. Moved us to the room next door, easy peasy. Bathroom was not as clean as I would like, but we only stayed the one night and didn't use the shower. Breakfast was meh.
