Upon check in I was asked for a $50 cash deposit against "smoking in the room". I explained I didn't have cash and the front desk clerk again stated I should pay cash. We went back and forth and he finally agreed to take the deposit on a credit card. The room needed to be cleaned. The carpet was dirty and sticky in spiots. The towel rack in the bathroom was laying on the floor. Bedding was covered in human hair. The curb of the parking spots of the property needs to be swept as its full of trash and leaves. Breakfast was advertised being available from 6-9am. Upon arrival in the dining area at 0845am, coffee was empty, a choice of cereal was availabe and one type of small muffins was the other choice. No juice or anything else-this brough new meaning to the word "continenal breakfast".

Room had damages, dirty, carpet hadn't been vacuumed. No towels, or shampoo. I asked for a room close to the elevator due to the fact I'm disabled. They put me on 2nd floor all the way to the end. There was no maid service for the 3 days I was there. The room had BUGS, I don't know what kind but they jumped & would bite. Beds were covered in them. The place is being renovated!!!! It needs to CLOSE

Mattress was old, sank towards the middle, bathroom counters were very low, musty smell when I walked into the room.

I should have read the reviews!! Don't recommend!! This was the worst place I've ever stayed. Started with the smell in the room, then there was black mold in the wall and carpet, towels were stained so bad they looked dirty (I didn't touch them!), we had NO blanket on the bed (so we turned the heat on to stay warm, but it automatically changed to ac and temp dropped to 61!!), hole IN the sheet, pillows were in REALLY bad shape, no phone in the room to call front desk, coffee pot was missing the tray to use it, nasty yellow spots on the bathroom door and walls, picture torn off the wall (eyeball drawing on the wall instead), and then there was security......... we sat outside the room (with the door wide open to hopefully air it out) and a security guard came and told us we could NOT sit outside our room (we were not being loudor obnoxious) because some other lady on the backside had sat out her room and they told her she had to go to the pool area! We were not her nor were we blocking the walkway or being loud. Ive never had that happen before! Trying to load the pictures!

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no phone so you could call the front desk. No iron and you had to beg the maid to clean the room. You had to ask for towels every day and catch the maid to get them, toiletries and toilet paper. We had to ask for another room because their was no heat, room dirty, no shade on lamp, furniture was old and marked up. Would not recommend this hotel to my enemy

Old furniture and rust; there’s no ironing board or iron or hair dryer. Smells terrible and no smoke detector.

Refrigerator never worked. I cleaned the room( it has sat empty for a week at least.

The continental breakfast was almost nonexistent by 7 am. The juice machine was empty. The coffee was usually empty. My shower was scary HOT! Although it did take the wrinkles out of my shirts. Phone reception in the building was horrible. Overall bad experience.

On arrival was assigned a room without furnishings in renovation area all furniture and mattresses were outside on balcony, was reassigned another room also was under renovation, assigned another room it was an old Days Inn room. Had Odor and wasn’t well cleaned. Expedia showed “Windham Travelodge” it’s a DAYS INN old deserted run down building. Staff onsite were apologetic and friendly but this was misrepresented by Expedia. I want a refund.
