I loved everything about this property from how clean it was to the lovely decor and great location it has everything you could ever want and I would also having your own parking place is great

Good location, spotlessly clean and equipped, tastefully decorated with so many extras provided lovely place
Too many seperate emails swamped us which meant we couldn’t quite work out how to get keys out of unmarked key box , as others have said apart from this silly key access issue it it’s a wonderful place to stay you won’t be disappointed

Location is perfect for visiting Broughty Ferry, parking, quiet but 2 minutes walk in to town, and if you want to get to Dundee, buses every 10 minutes or so from 1 minute away.
Property is fantastically equipped and appointed too, great home away from home.
Managing agents were great too, had a couple of small issues, all solved with no fuss, promptly.
My only comment is there are stairs at the front of the property, so it’s not technically flat entrance to a ground floor apartment. It’s possible to get to the rear entrance, to reduce number of steps, but it’s not immediately obvious.

Location, was easy to get to places were very local ,never used the cars .Property was spotless and had everything we needed.Owners were in contact with details and answers within minutes.

It was so new and clean and had private parking.
It was within walking distance of shops and cafes.
If I had to pick something to say, it would be that there was no shampoo or shower gel and no small milk. we arrived late and it would have been nice to be able to make a cuppa!

Lovely large as new flat with scenic views over Broughty Ferry and beyond. Tastefully decorated with excellent kitchen bathroom and lounge. Wi-Fi and tv excellent Absolutely perfect location. We all loved our stay.

The communications with the agents were very clear. They were prompt to respond to questions. Details of the property location, key box system and operating instructions for equipment and heating were all available to download or refer to via a weblink. The apartment is located in a late 1990's building with dedicated parking. Very quiet with clear views over Broughty Ferry and the River Tay towards Tayport. The apartment is very well appointed and looked after. The neighbours are friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the local area. Within easy walking distance of pubs, cafes and shops in Broughty Ferry. Easy road access with regular bus services to Dundee. Rail station is also within walking distance. All the equipment was like new and well maintained. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Tay. Lovely large shower and bath with plenty of hot water. Would not have second thoughts on staying here again.

Great location , 5 minutes walk to town centre.
Apartment spotless and well decorated with all utensils , towels etc supplied and in great clean condition.
The only issue we had was getting instructions on how to collect the keys but a couple of calls and this was resolved with the minimum of fuss.
