Great place. Attendant at gate knew we were coming, had packets of information for the neighborhood. Nice little townhouse with everything we needed for the weekend. Owner checked in multiple times throughout the stay and was quick to respond with questions. Would definitely return.

The unit was clean and well-appointed and all staying enjoyed the location and Abbey Springs amenities. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. 6 adult men and plenty of room for everyone. In addition, the host Barry was excellent to work with and very responsive at booking and up to and including the visit. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Abbey Springs. This was definitely a 5 star resort and our host, Barry, made sure we enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed and was extremely clean which is important to us. So many positives; we especially appreciated the screened in porch, the golf cart, charging station, Keurig, and large screen TVs. On these vacations, we like to eat a number of meals "at home" and found the kitchen to be fully functional and enjoyable with its proximity and openness to the family room and screened in porch. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and a 3 year old. The little one hit the ground running and immediately found the treasure trove of toys and games which kept her entertained the whole week while we were in the unit. But that was only part of the time because the pool and beach were close at hand and got a lot of use from us. All of this was so convenient and accessible along with the bars and restaurants on site. We lucked out with 5 gorgeous days of weather but also benefitted from having access to all the amenities of Abbey Springs on the day we arrived (even before our check in time) and on the day of our departure (after check out time). This rental exceeded our expectations and is on our list to return in the future. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

The location was perfect- an easy walk or golf cart ride to all the amenities Beautiful view of the golf course. Ample room for 6 adults.

Our stay at Abbey Springs lucky duck was perfect! We had the best time. My kids loved all of the books, games, and toys that were available in the townhouse. Thank you to Barry for a wonderful vacation! We cannot wait to come back again next summer.

This is a lovely townhouse with everything you need—a golf cart to get around, quiet location, access to a very clean indoor pool and rec center, basketball courts, and more! Our teens loved working out in the gym and having a soak in the hot tub. My husband swam laps and I curled up in the heated pool area with a book. The townhouse itself is super clean and we immediately felt right at home. Barry is a very communicative and friendly host. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time on our annual mom's getaway. The condo was a great fit for some fun, relaxation, and access to great shopping and restaurant's. Barry was very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The condo was very clean and had all the things you needed for a wonderful stay. All you need is your clothing and personal items and the rest is provided for you! We will be back!!

This is a lovely property and perfect for a family. We had everything we needed at hand. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to prepare a meal. There were plenty of towels,pillows and blankets. The welcome basket on arrival is a very thoughtful and nice touch! We would definitely stay here again!

Best condo in the Lake Geneva Area! This condo is well cared for and boasts a homey feel. All the extra touches the hosts had were appreciated and made the trip feel even more relaxing. Extremely clean! I am one who travels with clorax wipes, as I usually have to clean to my satisfaction before we settle in. Anyone who rents regularly, knows not all rentals are the same with amenities. Don't worry about bringing anything. This place is well stocked. Every kitchen pot/pan/cookie sheets you need. Including cleaning supplies, extra paper products, laundry soap. Extra pillows, plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, games for the kids. Laundry facilities in the condo for when you soil your jeans with salad dressing (first hand experience). Overlooking the golf course, for a nice relaxing way to end the evening.
Communication with host was immediate and helpful.

Location was perfect for shopping and dining in the Lake Geneva area. We spent time inside by the cozy fireplace sipping wine, catching up, and playing board games. The property was clean and very well decorated. Owner was very responsive and had everything set up in advance for us. We will stay there again!

The place was gorgeous. It had everything we needed for a Girls Getaway. Everyone on the property was very friendly. We didn't golf but we used many of the amenities. Barry was very helpful before and during our stay. It is off season so I can only imagine how great it would be during season. Looking forward to returning then.
