The house was exactly as described. The pool area is very nice and my 4 year old grandson really enjoyed himself. The amenities (kitchen, grill, coffee maker, etc.) are great and I will definitely be staying here on future visits.

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY! Perfect house for our family and in a great neighborhood. Pool was fabulous, I wish I would’ve planned more time to be in it. ;) We had a fabulous stay. I hope to visit the area again soon and stay in this beautiful house.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Girls trip success!! Although this house would be big enough to bring the families next time. Really enjoyed everything.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay here in early May, and would absolutely visit again. This house was extremely comfortable for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) with room to spare. The best part was how well stocked it was: the kitchen had everything we needed (including coffee, creamer, spices, dish soap), there was plenty of toilet paper and tissues, and we very much appreciated using the beach towels, toys, cooler, and chairs. The only issue we had was that the pool temperature was actually too hot (I love a well-heated pool, but this was hot tub temp), so we had to limit our swim time to short bursts on the first day. We learned that the pool thermometer wasn’t functioning correctly, and after the pool cleaner came, all pool equipment was turned off. This resulted in the pool temp lowering to a more comfortable level, but then the pump/filter(?) didn’t seem to be working any longer. Our visit was almost over at that point so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. The property manager was extremely responsive throughout this time and overall we still very much enjoyed ourselves, but I would have preferred a different resolution if we were going to be there longer. The location of the house was excellent, quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach.

The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Property manager was readily available for all questions/issues. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families. The location is great because it’s close to Clearwater and Indian rocks beach, but allows you to escape the craziness and relax in the wonderful pool/outdoor area.

We booked for a week and it was our most fantastic week in Florida yet! The home was perfect and just what we needed! We spent most of our days and into the nights in the backyard oasis. The heated pool, outdoor furniture and tv made March Madness even better for our family who needed to watch basketball and swim at the same time! Our host, Chevie was amazing and replied to my messages almost immediately. The house was just minutes away from our favorite restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back next year!

This place was gorgeous and the listing was accurate. Super clean I felt right at home! Pool was perfect for the kids. The property provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 4 dishwasher soaps and 3 laundry soaps. They also had 4 beach chairs, and a small cooler which was helpful. If you have kids I would bring sippy cups and small plastic containers for snacks. Beds were a little stiff for my liking but other than that is was great!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for 4 women on a girl's trip weekend. Place was as pictured it was very clean and commication with host Chevie was great. 8 mins to beach 15mins or so to Clearwater and about 30 to St. Pete's. Beach chairs and towels included, kitchen stocked well!! Rent you won't be disappointed!!

House was amazing and very well taken care of. Very clean and easy check in process. The only downfall is unsure if the pool heater was broken or if it was just turned very low but the pool was so cold it was almost uncomfortable, it took a good 10 minutes for your body to warm up to it. Other than the pool the house was amazing and we will be looking to staying there again

Loved this place! It was perfect size & location for the two of us, although plenty of room for two couples also. The kitchen has the basics, and you're close to Publix or anything like that. My advice is to pick up fresh seafood and make it there. Going out every night is pricy, and there are a few good places nearby that have seafood. In back there is a heated pool, grill, and flat screen tv. Quiet neighborhood, but close to anything. If we're in that area again we would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, close to everything including the beach. Quick trip in either direction, Clearwater or Maderia Beach. The property was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Easily slept 7 adults and a 2 year old. Property owner was easy to reach with any questions. We would definitely stay again.

We booked this place less then twelve hours before we needed to be at the airport and it ended up being perfect! This house is wonderful, very clean and perfectly decorated! The neighborhood is nice, quiet and so very close to the beach! Just a short drive over the bridge and you’re there! I could not believe we were able to find such a great place on such short notice !

House is a great stay, especially for the price! The entire place had plenty of seating, both inside and outside. There are smart TVs throughout, including the patio area, which we used to play music by the pool. Pool was bigger than it looked from the pictures and the provided pool floaties were a nice touch! We used the grill for dinner one night, which looked new and had plenty of propane. The beds were medium-firm and the linens were very soft, so we slept great! The included shampoo / conditioner / body wash were well stocked and smelled great. The whole place was very clean and the furniture looked brand new! Coffee and tea k-cups were provided so we didn’t have to go out for coffee every day. The listing said 8 mins from the beach and it was very accurate! I saw that the last review mentioned a slight odor due to the trash being full, but we didn’t smell anything so I guess the owner must have fixed the issue. Overall a great stay and I’d happily book again / recommend!

Garbage was full in garage so it had an odor, but besides that it was a great staycation!
