Расположение отличное- центральная набережная в пешей доступности, вокруг много еды на любой бюджет и предпочтения по меню. В этом же здании небольшой магазинчик-очень удобно. Завтрак отличный- превзошёл ожидания от отеля такого класса. Напротив небольшой парк- рано утром поют птицы)

Расположение отличное: рядом метро, старая часть города. Чисто, большая и удобная кровать. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Завтраки хорошие: сосиски, бекон, омлет, цзяоцзы - пельмени, рис, лапша, овощи, выпечка, йогурты.

Internet was not good at all.

The hotel is tidy and the beds are comfortable. The kettle provided was clean and usable. The housekeeper meticulously cleans the apartment on a daily basis. The hotel's cuisine was delicious. I stayed there for over a week, and breakfast was included, so I ate there every day. Both Western and eastern cuisines were available. The yam dessert balls were delicious and irresistible. Aside from that, it is a lovely place to stay. The location is convenient to the city and the Yu Yuan Gardens station, as well as a number of bus stops. It is especially safe for women to walk home at night. Additionally, it is close to a renowned food street that serves delicious local cuisine at reasonable prices.

Since there is no air conditioning and only a heater in the spring, the room was quite humid.

I want to register a complaint with the check-in staff who assisted my sister and me in the hotel. We choose the hotel for the transit from Shanghai to Thailand for an overnight stay before departing early the next morning. While checking in, the staff addressed me in Chinese, but I replied in English. I noticed that another staff member, possibly a manager, came over to assist with the check-in process. However, when it came time to pay for the room using cash, I was due to receive 3 yuan in change. While the manager went to retrieve the chang, the first staff member who had served us engaged in a conversation with a male staff member about the change, and she laughed (just only the female who laugh, the male staff seems to ignore her). As someone who understands a bit of Chinese, I found this behavior inappropriate, especially considering the hospitality industry. I would appreciate it if the hotel management could inform the staff member in question that such behavior in front of guests reflects poorly on the hotel's brand.

Very comfortable and clean rooms in a perfect location - 15 minute walk to The Bund, Nanjing Pedestrian Street and Yuyuan gardens. Breakfast was great with many different options both western and Chinese.

The hotel shows age and needs some renovation. I had a room next to the maid's storage, and it was very noisy. The breakfast buffet doesn't get replenished. The aircon didn't work.

Good room for the price, great location. Breakfast options were good - bacon, sausages, beans, hash browns, fruit, juices etc. Room was nice and clean. Street was quiet. View of small park across the road was nice.

Not enough seating in the dining room, so peope had to squash together on tables during breakfast. Staff remained behind the counter during breakfast and didn't seem sure of their role, or how to make people aware of their role. Reception staff seemed to go out of their way not to speak to me, which might have just been social or linguistic akwardness, but you expect at least a welcome when you check in. No iron or ironing board.

Breakfast was nice. Like the freshly made coffee.
