We enjoyed our time in this space. House was in a nice quiet neighborhood that we were able to walk around daily. Loved having a golf cart right there! Kitchen was well stocked.

Very nice home. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee bar is a nice touch. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Lovely screened in back porch. Beautiful master suite! Great area, close to where my parents live. We had a wonderful stay! Made some great memories!

Very modern, comfortable, well-stocked home in a nice neighborhood. Excellent location: very close to Lake Sumter Landing and multiple golf courses. The use of the golf cart made it fun to cruise around the immediate area. We used our rental car very little. The host, Tammy, was friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend!

We had a great stay in the Villages, house was great and very spacious. Location was close to everything as well. Having the use of a golf cart was also very convenient . Highly recommend

My siblings and I needed a place to stay while we attended a family funeral. It was so nice to be close to our family living in The Villages, the church and reception hall. The home is beautifully appointed and maintained. Beds were comfy! It was a quick trip and we wished we could stay longer to enjoy the enclosed porch, spacious home and the golf cart! We really appreciated the easy process in this hectic time. Hoping to get a chance to visit again soon and would look to this space as a first choice!

The property had great curb appeal.
However upon arrival and my inspection I found several wall electrical recepticals missing as well as covers to the wall switches. Very unsafe. Additionally

We enjoyed the house very much. Clean and well kept. We took advantage of using the provided golf car and navigated well with Waze for streets the Village also has an app to help navigate the golf car trails. We visited all the Town Centers for Live Music and had dinner at some great places. We met more people in 7 days than we have met in 20 years in our current neighborhood. Very refreshing to know you can walk up to anyone and they will talk to you and be as helpful as can be. Great time! The owner was perfect.

It was easy to do online and it was a great place to stay. We had an opportunity to meet Tammy in person. She was very friendly and accommodating.

We had so much fun! Home was beautiful and nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed learning our way around the area on the golf cart. I strapped our Boston Terrier in the cart with us and she loved the rides. Would definitely love to return again

The shower in the 2nd bathroom didn't work. Called the owner. No response. Someone left a sliver of a soap bar in that bathtub.
The kitchen had the oldest, mismatched silverware set I've ever seen. Same for the coffee cups.
The master bedroom is PINK. The house is in serious need of updating.

We loved the place, it was perfect for our family. Close to Sumter Landing, and the booking process was so easy. We will definitely try to book here again.

Tammy’s home has a great layout and has room to spread out! Definitely more of a feminine vibe with lots of pink and glam. Would be great for a girl’s getaway. Tammy is a great host and very responsive. We felt very comfortable there.

We had an amazing time at Tammy‘s beautiful home and would love to stay again. We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. The location was great, too. We loved every minute of our visit.

We rented a home for 3 days to surprise my sister and brother in law for 40th Anniversary. The house was very disappointing. To begin there was NO couch or dining room table. There were 3 accent chairs in what I would say was the living room. So for the 6 of us we had to sit on patio furniture and a kitchen chair. We had to eat dinner at a counter top. Neither of the bedrooms had dressers so the guests had to work out of their luggage on fact one bedroom is not really a bedroom it did not have a closet either ! ! The bathrooms were disgusting ! There was left over soaps and shampoos in them! The refrigerator had food in it when we arrived as well as the cabinets! There was only one pot for cooking .The TV was only good for streaming with no local network access. This home is absolutely not good for renting. It seemed like the house was lived in and the person just moved out for the weekend .

We absolutely oved this place, It was perfect. It has absolutely everything you will need, it was just like home, there was nothing else you could have asked for. It was clean, it was warmly decorated, it was just amazing and the host was great too. This will definitely be my go to place at the Villages from here on. I am going to recommend it to all my friends. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, it was amazing. 5 stars for sure.
