Ein hübsches Doppelzimmer mit Bad, nett eingerichtet, sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Ausgestattet ist es mit Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator und Standventilator. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Hostel liegt ruhig, aber zentral. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle und Minca-Zentrum.

Das Wasser in der Dusche kam nur recht spärlich aus dem Rohr gelaufen.

Nous sommes arrivés assez tôt le matin et souhaitions déposer nos bagages en avance. Nous n’avons pas pu le faire car nous n’avons pas eu de retour de l’hôte, tout était fermé et il y avait un bière renversée par terre. Heureusement il y avait un service de bagagerie tout proche que nous avons du payer. À notre arrivé l’après midi, la chambre sentait très très fort la transpiration et l’odeur n’est jamais partie ce qui nous a empêchée de dormir. Il y avait des cafards dans la chambre et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien. Certes le prix est très abordable mais je recommanderais à toute personne qui lit cette avis, en quête du minimum de confort, d’aller dans un autre hostel en ville avec des prix similaires.

El lugar es super agradable, el anfitrión te da toda la información que necesitas, delicioso café en la mañana gratis! La locación es ideal ya que esta cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes pero lo suficientemente alejado del ruido del pueblo, todo esta muy organizado y limpió, totalmente recomendable

there was a guy from USA trying to scam them, Hector did everything he could to fix the problem he was having but still he was just ad nauseam and was asking for so much more the he pay for

The staff were very helpful, they were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We have been traveling for a while so it was incredible to have a room like this, it is all worth it.

I checked in and paid cash in full. When they gave me the room, the air conditioner was broken. The room was uninhabitably hot. I waited 5 hours in the lobby for them to fix it, and it still wasn't fixed. When it got dark, I told them I needed a place to stay. They did not offer any alternatives. I was forced to find another place at the last minute. The staff (Hector and Barry) took my contact info and said they would provide a refund, as they failed to provide services as advertised. There has been no response from them despite multiple emails, and no refund. This place is a scam.
