Stayed there for 5 days. Loved it. Great condo. The shower was absolutely wonderful. The views the best! So closed to the beach. The owner answered questions in minutes. Hopefully available next year.

We were all very impressed with Orange Beach. Our unit was close to the beach, pool and our patio was great for listening to those waves crash in! Our experience was great and we will be back.

Beachfront, Clean, Family Friendly Property. Property Manager is great to work with; responds in timely and appropriate fashion. Easy check in/out process. We enjoyed our stay with two small children!

Location & access to the beach was great. Very comfortable mattresses & pillows. The thermostat would not go below 70 but the dehumidifier helped some. There were a few downsides. The floors & comforters on the beds were sandy. The dishes & pots/pans had water in them and a few were still dirty from the cleaning people or previous renters. The kitchen sink & bathtubs were very slow draining.

Location was great! The view was amazing and it didn’t take forever to get to the pool or the beach. When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned to standard. The floor was filthy. However, I contacted the owner and he was extremely prompt in both communication and in the handling of the situation. The cleaning company (Beach Maid) even came by to personally apologize and brought treats as well, which our child loved. That made such a difference.
The unit itself was good. It had very comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and nice restrooms.
My only complaint was the couch wasn’t very comfortable to sit on, but that is a small thing. I’d definitely stay again! Thank you’

The condo was easy to access. Clean and a great size for a family of 5! Beautiful view! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!

Was the perfect size for us. 3 grandkids slept in 2nd bedroom. More than enough room for all of us. Pools are very clean and property is very well maintained. Each was clean and water was very clear.

The condo was as listed and in great condition. The property manager was available and accommodating. We appreciated the short walk from the unit out to the beach. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice and well kept. Will certainly stay here again!

Jason the owner was on top of communication. The condo was lovely. We had plenty of room with three adults and a three year old. Condo overlooks the pool with a great view of the gulf. Only thing bad was having to leave.

Omg. This condo was amazing. We stayed last weekend. It was just like the pics. As a matter of fact it was better than the pics. It was super clean. The master bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. Everything you needed was there. The view from the balcony was AMAZING. Jason and Milton were so easy to reach. I had a few questions and I sent them a text and they responded right back. We had a fabulous time. I highly recommend this condo. We plan on going back in the fall and hopefully we can rent this one again.

Everything went so smoothly and no surprises. Great accommodations! And the Gulf view is fantastic! Wished we had more time to stay to explore. Will visit again!

The condo is as shown in the description. It has an ocean view and is well kept. There are not many outside activities besides the tennis court and shuffle board.

The condo was perfect.. it was exactly as described in the listing! Our family had an amazing stay.. we had 8 people and it fit us all comfortably. Perfect location overlooking the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean just steps away. The owners were wonderful and had great communication. We will definitely be back!
