The property was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. My boys enjoyed playing in the heated pool during December and even caught a bass in the nearby pond. Property manager was very responsive and everything was lovely.

House was perfect for our family. We loved the pool which was warm enough even for late December swims. The kitchen well stocked. Very clean and comfortable house. Pictures accurately show each room. Liked having game room and ping pong table on the deck. Thank you to the host for good communication.

We had the best time staying at this home. We had everything we needed and more. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. John responded to every question I had immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

A group of 8 of us stayed for a combination bachelor party/NFL game (we’re in our late 30’s so the bachelor party aspect was fairly tame). The house was a perfect fit for our purposes. John was responsive and accommodating in getting us into the property early on day of check-in. Just be prepared to Uber everywhere as the house is deep in a neighborhood northwest of the airport. We were making day trips to clearwater and st pete, so the location kind of triangulated these with Raymond James Stadium. The pool area was great. The only way it could be better is with a TV to watch sports.

This house was perfect for our size group. We used the pool sooooo much. The kids really enjoyed the game room and all the outdoor activities on the patio. Communication with the owner was great. He responded to all my messages in a very timely manner. Would definitely consider staying there again.

John was very accommodating and friendly. There’s absolutely nothing that we needed that wasn’t at the house. We had a little hiccup but he fixed it RIGHT away. We wished the grill worked and was cleaned because we love to barbecue but, other than that it was a great stay.

Had a great time on at the property. Over the last 2 weeks before travelling I had a few questions for John. He always got back to me quite promptly. We got into Tampa a day early and stayed at a hotel so I asked if we could get in an hour early or so. John said sure, once the cleaning was done. He messaged me when it was ready. So, much appreciated. Pictures looked exactly like the property. Once at the backyard we never saw or heard from a neighbour. Very quiet. I gave the property a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. A half point for the pool being quite dirty on our day of arrival (Sunday), but, the pool guy showed up on Monday, as mentioned in our package. Gave us a spotless pool. Second thing, for a half point is the white property fence is in rough shape with some boards either missing or in half. Totally fine for us but 4 out of 5 seems fair. Tons of amenities, such as outback beer fridge and large tub for cold drinks, pong table, cornhole, great inside fridge with ice maker. All around a real good spot and we had a great time. Played golf at Plantation Palms GC. 30 mins North. $44 with a cart. great Irish pub for the 19th hole.

We had 11 adults stay for a long weekend when attending the Frozen Four hockey tournament. Easy to and from the airport and downtown, in a very quiet neighborhood. The host, John, was very responsive and helpful with our questions. We would stay again.
