If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place. It was everything advertised and so much more. Quaint quiet neighborhood, close to everything you needed, couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here again. Fantastic host and property. Highly recommend.

Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for making Christmas dinner. Lots of TVs which everyone appreciated. House was very clean.
House is outside of city limits but everything in Manhattan is within 10-15 minutes. Very convenient to the stadium if you are coming for a game. Easy walk to the KSU research farms to see some cute animals.

Our family was in town for a long weekend to celebrate a wedding. This home was more than we could have expected: spacious, well appointed and super comfortable. We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

This house was amazing. I would stay here again and again and again. Was in town for my sons wedding and to see some friends. House had everything we needed from cooking to sleeping to even being able to do a load of laundry the night before leaving. Played horse and pig with the basketball hoop in the driveway and balls at the house. There was so much space for relaxing from the front porch to the big deck and enclosed room in the back. Plenty of space in the indoor rooms and couches. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and blankets.

This was the perfect property for our family weekend in Manhattan. Easy access to the stadium. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for our family.
