Beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. My family of 6 were comfortable and all enjoyed staying there. Great AC Pretty close to the beach close to restaurants and bars. I would stay there again

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo exceeded our exceptions! Everything was included. You literally just need to pack a bag and bring your food. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Perfect location. We will definitely stay here again. The host was also very nice and quick to respond. We didn’t want to leave!

We rented this condo over Easter week while we were in town for a family wedding. I must say, the condo was very clean. One of the cleanest condos we’ve rented through VRBO so far. I only gave 4 stars due to the major construction going out right in front of our condo. Home being built that blocks water/beach view and very noisy every day until the construction day ended. Cement mixer churning very early in the morning. Sure the noise will discontinue once construction finishes, but I’d wait a while if you’re considering a peaceful beach vacation. Also, take note, we were on the third floor - 3 flights of stairs with no elevator.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great and was convenient to restaurants, stores and the beach. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

This condo exceeded our expectations! Nice, clean, and modern. We made use of the blender and air fryer, which you don't usually find in a rental. The lights had lots of dimmers, so you could adjust the lighting as you wanted. The beach wagon, beach towels, beach chair and umbrella were very much appreciated, even though the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The only negative about the condo is the squeaky bed frame in the room with the queen and trundle. The sound appears to be coming from the frame. The new construction across the street will block most of your water view. Despite this, we would definitely come back!

We booked this place as an extension of a family reunion we do in the area every year that keeps growing. Between our booking and the actual stay, the listing was sold and on my side, this change was absolutely seamless! Property was beautiful and very well kept/ clean. Had all the amenities and then some. Any communication we had with the old and new owners was great- no issues. We didn’t stomp, but being the top level with kids proved hard to walk as light as possible for any guests below us. There’s a new construction is going up right in front of this building when you’re looking out to the water, so I hope they don’t obstruct the views once it’s done. However, I’d still love to book this spot for our reunion next year!

We loved this property!
This condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful, and so close to the beach. We enjoyed how quiet the condo was while being conveniently close to what we needed. It was so helpful that there was a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach.
Our only complaint is that the metal frame on the trundle bed squeaks when you roll over or move in the bed.

Great Location
We loved our time in Indian rocks Beach. This condo had everything we needed. Local restaurants were just a short walk away, and the kooky Coconut was super close and we enjoyed ice cream there almost every evening. Watching the sunset from the condos porch was so nice when we were unable to walk down to the beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect Holiday Getaway
Spent Christmas here with family. Was just the right amount of space. Rental is actually closer to the beach than it appears online. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Would highly recommend.

What a cute place! everything about it was perfect! except the stairs!! we had a little trouble after doing the Florida spartan race on Saturday going up and down all of the stairs, but overall the place was great! the location was nice, off the beach but very short walk to get there, it was very quiet and the sunsets are amazing! we had a little trouble with the door lock but Tina was there right away and was very helpful. The beds were not the most comfortable and one squeaked really bad, but other than that we had no complaints

Girls trip
What a cute place! everything about it was perfect! except the stairs!! we had a little trouble after doing the Florida spartan race on Saturday going up and down all of the stairs, but overall the place was great! the location was nice, off the beach but very short walk to get there, it was very quiet and the sunsets are amazing! we had a little trouble with the door lock but Tina was there right away and was very helpful.
