Breakfast was good. A comfortable place to stay.

Fix the equipment that was damaged by lightening - no TV, including cable. Adjacent construction noise on Sunday in the rain - seriously!

My visit was for my college reunion. I had the best time. Great location, clean, easy in and out and wonderful staff.

I highly recommended this hotel!!

I traveled to Conway for a wedding and booked this hotel at the last minute. The hotel had a modern feel to it and was very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal as it is in close proximity to several restaurants and a Sam's Club.

Comfortable but some improvement can be made

Small comfortable pillow on the bed

I know there was no mention of a continental breakfast, but $14 charge for bacon & eggs sent us right out to a store for breakfast. The other breakfast prices were exorbitant also.

The other guests were terrible. I did not sleep the entire stay. The guests were loud and disrespectful.

Our stay this time at the hotel was disappointing.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel.

The toilet not flushing in the first room we were in and the second room had ants and fleas.

Lots to do around the area.

Washer and dryer, pool for kids, friendly staff. Hunter welcomed us upon check in and explained everything to us about the property.

My check-in experience was not that great but once I was put in a different room, my experience was

That my original room was by the elevators and was open when I arrived. When I told the front desk that the deadbolt was stuck and the door was open, she tried assist but I didn’t want to stay in a room where I would have to fix the door coming in and out so I asked for another room.

Comfy, beautiful room but pricey/no breakfast included/TV issues.

The room was nice and comfortable.

The TV had technical issues the entire time. The breakfast was an extra charge which in addition to how much the room cost, just seemed not worth it to me.

Everything was great, the food was great and the coffee was amazing. Employees made you feel welcomed.

Shiny and new, but not as comfortable as most hotels we’ve been to.

Beautiful patio area, very clean, great staff.

the bed was not very comfortable, the snacks and drinks were very expensive, and there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Very clean and comfortable, but overpriced for what we received.

Being that the building is new, everything was very clean and well decorated.

At the price that I paid, I think at least a complementary breakfast should have been included. Also, while we couldn’t hear any outside noise in the room, we could hear a lot of noise from the room above us.
