This little 2 bedroom gem was perfect! Close to downtown, beach and restaurants and our little dog enjoyed the fenced back yard! We would definitely stay here again!

We've been going to Long Beach for 40 years (my wife's home town) and I've stayed in a lot of places. This cottage was perfect! The well-stocked kitchen let us bake cookies. The shades on the windows were very functional. The beds were very comfortable! Our little dog enjoyed the backyard. The beach is just a short walk, as is downtown Long Beach. We walked to Bankhouse Coffee, Serendipity Ice Cream, and some restaurants. We felt like we were at home and living in a neighborhood. On all our future trips to the Coast, we hope to stay here!

My family and I stayed for a week in this lovely home. The house was clean, cozy, and had every amenity we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was great. The beach and the main street (Jeff Davis Ave) were very close and were easily accessed by foot, although I must admit it was so hot we only walked a couple of times. Thank goodness the air conditioning in the house worked great....nice, cool, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice little house. Nice fenced back yard for pets. Everything you need there and owner responds fast. Close to pretty much everything. Beach close enough to walk for someone younger than me. Easy parking if you drive to beach. An awesome stay and would love to come back

We were a quick walk to the beach, a mile to the grocery store, and a quick drive to Biloxi. We drove 2 hours to Panama Beach one day and 2 hours to New Orleans another.
The house was well furnished with everything we needed.

Very pleased with this property. Short walk to what felt like a private beach made easier with the beach wagon & umbrella (located in shed). The home was extremely tidy with a fully equipped kitchen including Tupperware for left overs. Bathroom had plenty of towels & the living room was very spacious. The king bed is memory foam, not my jam but it worked. All windows had nice blinds for privacy. Whole house was nicely decorated in a relaxing beach theme. Only down side was the train that runs one block north. Trains don’t bother me but it woke the teens in middle of the night. Host reached out during stay & had a great, very detailed book about the town history, restaurant recommendations & awesome itineraries for activities. We heeded her recommendation to prepurchse our parking when we went to New Orleans. I would highly recommend this rental!

When I walked in to the home, I was so happy I had rented this place. The home was exceptionally clean and super super cute. There were hangers in the closet with extra pillows and extra blankets and an oscillating fan. Those are things that so many don’t think of but someone renting for many days or even just one night may need And was greatly appreciated. Communication was exceptional with Lori. I will definitely plan another trip to rent specifically from Lori.

My husband and I, along with our 2 small pups, spent the week here and it could not have been better!! The home was spacious, very clean, and decorated beautifully. The fenced-in back yard was perfect for our pups and they took full advantage of it! :-) The community around us was nice and quiet. The beach was only a few blocks away and was a short golf cart ride away for us (we rented a golf cart for our stay from a business in Biloxi). There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about our stay! We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for my husband, our two young kids and me! It was super clean, had everything we needed and the layout worked great for us. We loved the backyard picnic table & grill, it was nice to have space to unwind outside at the end of the day. Super close to the beach, technically we could have walked but always drove because you have to use a crosswalk through a 4 lane highway which was too much for two kids & a dog. It was great not having to pack beach toys for the kids - she had beach toys, umbrella chairs & a wagon ready to go. She even sent a great comprehensive vacation guide for the area which I loved.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We enjoyed this lovely cottage for a week. We found the location excellent to get around. The cottage is cute and very well supplied. The owners are so nice and welcoming. We would love to come back in the future sometime. We had our dog and she enjoyed the backyard.

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The house was by far the most clean and well appointed VRBO we’ve stayed at. The host thought of every little detail to make the house feel more like home.
The location is within walking distance from a public beach, many great local restaurants and a cute little downtown shopping area.

This is a great property. Very well equipped and extra clean. We enjoyed the convenient location and the ease it provided us. We stayed there with our pet for nearly three weeks. We will be back! ….I hope!

We booked the Magnolia Beach house for our 4 day stay during Cruisin the Coast. This was our 5th year to come down and this has been the best house yet! Perfect location for us. Grocery store, auto parts store, gas station, and car wash all within a 5 minute drive. Dog friendly! Nice back yard. Very clean. Nicely decorated and over the top stocked! Pretty much everything you need and there were even games and kids toys! Lori is very responsive and an awesome host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would HIGHLY recommend the Magnolia Beach House to anyone lookin' for a nice little spot to enjoy the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
