Great location! Very clean and comfortable

We spent 2 weeks as a family of 4. Our friends were staying in the next door unit wich is owned by the same owner. In total we enjoyed our stay, but there are some pros and cons that need to be mentioned. We absolutely loved the location. Driving times were an issue on our previous trips but this time we were everywhere super quick, parks, Food, Outlet Mall, Publix, Expressway. I can't imagine a better location. It was also very quiet and not crowded. The construction site "in the backyard" was not bothering us but it might be when it comes closer. We saw a lot of great fireworks from seaworld and another place. The Pool was small but very nice and clean. The unit looks as in the pictures but the kitchen is more outdated than it seems in the pictures. The dish washer seems to be not from this century. In the next door unit our friends were in the kitchen is a lot nicer and it has a newer dishwasher so all of us did the dishes in that unit. Next door unit also had a vacuum cleaner and ours not. The units were clean except the windows and and the terrace wich was not inviting. One thing we really missed and would have been needed is a drying rack. Unfortunately the unit has a huge ant problem. Very tiny ants everywhere in the ground floor. We didn't complain about it because we didn't want any chemical treatment while we were there. We could store food in our friends unit. The next door unit I would recommened and rent again. This unit not or only if improvements are made.

We loved everything about this condo. It was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our event at the Orange County Convention Center. The place was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space for my adult family to spread out. We really enjoyed the little patio for sitting out in the evenings. The pool was nice and not too crowded. The privacy of the villa was important to us and we didn't want anything too crowded so this was perfect. We heard that the Sea World fireworks can be seen from the patio, unfortunately they start at the end of May so we missed out on that but we will definitely be back next year!

This property is exactly as described! Perfectly clean and quiet location but close to everything! We will be back!

I could not ask for a better location! This condo is exactly as seen in the listing!! We all enjoyed it. Plenty of space for the 4 of us!

Cozy 2 bedroom two level.condo - very clean, tons of towels, everything we needed in the kitchen. Watched a launch from the back patio. Host was very quick in answering any questions we had. Front desk for check in was very friendly and helpful. Easy access.to lots.of entertainment, water parks, and OCCC for.expos and conventions. We will stay there again!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's in a perfect location and had just about everything we needed. The only downside (for us) was the beds were hard and the patio furniture needed cleaning. A large development is being built behind the unit which really affected the view.

Would we stay here again? Yes! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our family of 4. And cheaper than the hotels we were looking at. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but we only stayed 2 nights so that wasn't an issue for us. We didn't use the kitchen appliances but we had plenty of plates, cups and utensils to use. The 2 downstairs sinks were slow to drain but not a big deal. The living room ceiling fan remote was missing but again, not a big deal. The only downside to this unit is the shower/tub combo in the master, its just weird and awkward to get in and out of. If you have bad knees, you'll need a step stool to get into this shower. We could see SeaWorld in the distance from the back patio but the furniture was too dirty to enjoy. We would have liked to try out the pool, but we didn't have time. I loved the coastal décor in this unit. There was plenty of clean towels for our 2 day stay and the beds were comfortable with decent pillows. I'm really glad we found this little Orlando gem.

Great little place to stay when visiting the area. It's tucked away from all the busyness but there is a Trolley stop nearby that will get you where you want to go on I-drive. Clean and quiet.

Awesome place with a great relaxing atmosphere. Very clean. Loved the heated pool and hot tub on the property. Kid friendly. Adequate parking for rental car. Felt safe with the gated entry. Great location for Discovery Cove, Sea world, or Aquatica. Friendly staff.

Great location to visit Seaworld and Disney. Excellent space and amenities provided in Villa. We enjoyed our stay. A few negatives, washer and dryer are located in different building and is $3 to wash and $3 to dry laundry. I'm used to having these included within the unit. Air conditioner needs to be fixed. Had maintenance come out twice to address. The second time, the worker said parts need replacement. Hopefully that will be completed. The master suite tub jets may have a leak. We noticed ceiling had drips. Downstairs ceiling fan and light did not work. I mentioned these maintenance issues with maintenance workers. Some small ants made their way into kitchen. Also noticed many ant mounds forming near unit in parking lot and front doorstep.

The property was comfortable, spacious and clean. It was also accesible to where we wanted to be during the weekend. Overall a nice stay.

This place was clean and a great location! It had everything we needed. Minimal traffic!! The only downfall is there's no washer/dryer in the unit. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a hickup with the AC not wanting to work. Chris was quick to respond and a man came right away to fix the issue( filter was extremely dirty). Didn't have any more issues with it after that. There were a few sugar ants at the kitchen sink and I let Chris know. Not a big deal. It just needs to be caulked. Would stay again for a short trip only bc of the laundry issue. Laundry has to be done on the 3rd floor of where the condos are.

This location was absolutely perfect. Stayed on the end unit…it was a quiet gated community. Great location for the event we were in town for. Would definitely book again!

Everything was fine. We had a couple of minor problems, but contact the office front desk and it was corrected immediately lots of towels, and everything was in order. Hopefully will be back next

Only negative is the fridge froze all our contents the first night outside of that it was fantastic!

This was located close to what we had planned in Orlando. It was clean and easy to check in. It was nice to have two separate beds for the kids. Communication was great! We would definitely stay again when we come back to Orlando.

The condo is very convenient to Sea World, where my daughter took my grandson for Christmas festivities. The ad is accurate in regards to the condo. Everything was clean and in good order

This was a wonderful stay. Check in was easy and front staff was very pleasant and informative. Prior to booking & arriving Chris was prompt with responding to my questions and following up with any information I needed. The place was extremely clean and loved the decor, very spacious rooms. Convenient to all the activities, outlets and I-Drive. There were 3 of us staying and one friend is a light sleeper and (just to note) kept hearing a beeping noise, he thought it may have been the safe but it didn't bother me at all, nor did we confirm what it was. It was not ongoing all night however Overall I would highly recommend this location, we frequent Orlando annually so this is definitely saved for future travel.

This place is very close to Seaword, Disney, restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarket in short everything you need. The property is extremely clean and with a spectacular view to see the fireworks of SeaWorld. We will definitely go back!!!

First and foremost, Christopher was amazing to deal with during our stay. He was kind, friendly, but most of all, ALWAYS available to answer questions. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property: pristine, beyond clean, and extremely stocked with the essentials you need. The décor is beautiful and inviting. All amenities worked perfectly. Location: you are next to international drive - you have EVERYTHING you can possibly need when looking for dining, entertainment, and overall supplies. Plus, easy access to most parks. All in all, we will absolutely be coming back to stay. This is a no brainer, pick this property for your next vaca/staycation!
