We enjoyed the property and the host was quick to get back to us with any concerns. It was newly finished with upgraded finished. I appreciated having extra toiletries and cleaning supplies. Lots of extra towels and sheets. host provided fans to keep cool, but it was not very hot when we visited. Lots of street parking and we were able to walk to close restaurants. The location is further from downtown than I had thought. Distance is not far, but you will have tons of lights to go through. The beds were very hard (cheap Ikea mattresses) The second bathroom sink is smaller than a load of bread which makes it hard to use. There were six of us and there was not a ton of seating in the "living room." Overall we didn't spend much time at the rental, but did enjoy our time in Vancouver.

We just completed our 3 day stay. We had six adults. This is a great location, wonderful neighborhood and the host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

We got there and was completely shocked we are entering into the facility through the back, with stone steps into a basement. I have my elderly mother with me and steps are very difficult. We were not aware this is in a basement and only the basement with no air conditioning in the hot summer. My kids and I felt sick immediately upon arrival and try to contact the owner but they refuse to help and just tell us to deal with it. So we had to leave and she refuse to refund us! I had to contact Vrbo to file a claim and wait for their response. I am still shock about how this posting even exist when Vrbo don’t allow share space! I specifically book through Vrbo to avoid sharing space, this was extremely disappointing and I had to spent a lot of extra money to book a hotel last min.

We stayed here with our two adult daughters. It was big enough that we all had our own room. We didn’t use the washer and dryer because we were at the beginning of our trip but that’s a nice convenience. The apartment was clean, easy to find and the host Colleen very welcoming and responsive to questions. Fans in the rooms were a welcome addition as the windows were difficult to open.

Property is as you see it. Excellent. Close to everything shopping site seeing. Owners were very friendly.

We are a group of seven adults and stay for almost two weeks. The suite has everything that you need such as it was advertised. Good beds, clean towels, an excellent radiant heater, nice bathrooms, well-illuminated, owners always to attend your requirements. The house is located in an excellent and quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Highly recommendable..
