This lake front home is on an absolutely stunning piece of property. The home itself is spacious -- great for multiple couples or large family/friend groups. There is a State park 1.5mi away with abundant trails for walking or running...and a main with boat rentals 6min away on Siltcoos Lake. We did experience maintenance issues (one shower was non-functioning due to a broken (not clogged) drain) and nobody answered the phone during their their limited business hours, nor do they return phone calls. We survived without repairs given we could use showers in 2 other rooms, but at that price I will say that I was disappointed. The property and house are nice enough that we will consider returning this rental.

The property was a little tricky to find, as Google Maps takes you to the wrong address, so following the owner’s written instructions are important. Once you’re there, however, it is absolutely fantastic. The home is perfectly positioned on the property to maximize the view. The home itself is well-equipped & aesthetically charming. Plenty of space for all eight adults. STRONGLY recommended if you’re looking to stay near Florence OR.

This home was so much prettier in person-inside and out! We regretted only have two nights to enjoy it. It was very spacious, private, stylish and comfortable. And the view was so beautiful and serene. We highly recommend it!! The only negative was that it was a little hard to find once you got off the main road. A sign with an arrow directing you to that address (where there is a fork in the road) would have been very helpful, especially at night.

Property was fantastic and perfect for 3 couples. Better than the pictures! Everything was updated and plenty of space. Enjoyed the dock, fireplace and hot tub. Very private but short drive to Florence. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Really beautiful house and property right on the lake. The private dock was a total luxury and we had a great stay. This property was a 98/100 however there are a few things that could easily improve the experience: 1. Leaf blow the pine needles by the doors and hot tub. It was a challenge to keep needles from getting in the house and in the hot tub. 2. Include some hot tub maintenance instructions, chemicals, and a net for pine needles. By the third day the hot tub could have really used some shock and a way to remove needles. 3. The backyard Ring camera was off-putting to some in our party. I understand break-ins are a big issue with vacation properties and most likely the camera was not on during our stay but nobody wants to feel like they are being watched. The cameras in the front are much more commonplace and did not warrant any explanation. Overall this property is exceptional, and we were all blown away with the beauty of the house and lake. The host was very responsive, and check in and check out were a breeze. This property is a real Gem.

The setting areas by the dock offer an idyllic spot to read, contemplate, or soak up some sun. Inside, the property boasts spacious bedrooms that comfortably catered to our party of six. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern, and the living and entertainment rooms makes you feel at home. If you're seeking a blend of luxury and nature's splendor during your visit to Florence, Oregon, this property should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended.

Stunning views from every window, relaxation starts from the moment you enter. Amazing kitchen, fully stocked. Outdoor fireplace for roasting s’mores, private, sheltered outdoor area by the dock. Close to Florence and Sandland Adventure for funny buggy rides. One of the top VRBO rentals we’ve experienced. We will be back.

Our time at the lake house was amazing the entire house had a great view of the lake it’s was so open and beautiful! The house was very clean and spacious! We will definitely recommend to other and we will be back!
