Eugene and Natalie are amazing hosts. They responded promptly to questions and provided clear instructions on everything as well as dining recommendations. I arrived after dark and the backlit street numbers made it easy to locate my destination. The keyless door lock lit up when I touched the Yale symbol so that I had no difficulty entering the door code. Their Napa suite was spacious, fully equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. LOVED that it was so quiet at night. Hope to come back next time I’m in San Rafael.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. It was comfortable, extremely clean, the decor was so charming. The location was ideal: great for hiking, walking distance to the market and casual dining, and for us, a few blocks away from family we were visiting. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Decided to surprise my wife for her 40th and this place did not disappoint!

This property has been beautifully updated and has every convenience. Private from others and quiet. Lacking just a few essentials like shower soap and an extra towel. No door on the bathroom but there is a barn door for the water closet that doesn't close completely. I would definitely stay here again.

Completely remodeled and fresh unit that fits the mid-century modern look of the Eichler homes in the neighborhood. We enjoyed this rental and will come back.

My husband and I love visiting the North Bay area. This was the perfect location to visit all of the area sights! During our stay we did day trips to areas including Petaluma, Napa, Sonoma, Muir and Stinson Beach, Tiburon, Sausalito and Mill Valley. We also spent time in San Rafael and Fairfax. It is an easy ferry ride into the City as well. So much to do, so little time.
The neighborhood is wonderful if you enjoy the Mid-century Modern look. The unit itself is well appointed and the finishes are fun!

I loved my stay at this property. It was perfectly located near the freeway and had everything I needed. The entire apartment has been recently re modeled with updated appliances. It was great to have everything so readily available. Would book again!

The apartment is clean, well stocked and so well organized. Eugene was a great and accommodating host. He was efficient and considerate in our interactions. Well recommend!

We really enjoyed the Palm Springs themed home. Owner was very friendly, made great suggestions on activities and places to eat. All of this without being intrusive. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. That shower! I can begin to describe it. What fun! Place was a gem. If you are considering it, do it! You won’t be disappointed. I would also mention that we left things behind and the host mailed them to us next day! Far and beyond expectations!
