The book into the resort was very well. The staff was friendly and very helpful when requested. Anamika helped me before booking in with collection and ensured that i was well collected. The food had a great variety and John really helped me to choose the correct dish for my pallet.

The WiFi logging out every few minutes when not in use. The power which cut out at times. There were no plug close to the mirror for the hairdryer.

Improve uninterrupted power

Have been to many resorts, this is expensive for the services and the attitude the staffs have. Staffs are inexperienced. When asked for extra towels, they said they can give extra only when we return the soiled ones. Rates are what it comes to their mouth. Expensive food and drinks. Ask the rates before you order anything. Breakfast experience was terrible. We were asked to pay extra for breakfast as we had got an extra bed (2500+ tax).

Price was too high.. And food expense was very high..

Smooth Checkin and checkout. Thumps up for the breakfast. Location was excellent. Behaviour of the staff was exceptional. Interior Of the room and architucture was owsome. overall 4.3/5

Cost of beverages are really high.To be precise one bottle of Kingfisher Beer coast us about 680INR.

The ambiance and the location

A very unpleasant check-in. Truly disappointed. Mrs. Anamika (Calls the guests by her first name) was also very unprofessional. She is not a good fit for the position that she holds. I’m really sorry for such a harsh comment, but her behaviour was way beyond harsh.
