Room was not according to the description of the room and pictures.In the picture it's three single beds . But in the reality they have given 1 double bed . They charged more then the mentioned price
They charged extra . The room was not according to the description and they have given only 1 towel for 2 people

Location close to city centre
- No warm or hot water from bathroom. Hotel people checked and could not do anything.
- A/C box not working on second day. Maybe disconnected by staff to save money, who knows.
- Advert listing and what was offered did not match up. Confusing

Over all this the place where you get exceptional comfort in G sector of Islamabad, it’s near to all main location, the staff support is expressive, the location is better, easily excess to the road and parking, the food quality is better, specially their tea, and Pakistani cuisine. This place is safe for families and over all the environment is comfortable and peaceful.
The Wi-Fi connection is rarely reachable. Need a little more focus on comfort and cleaness.

Just put more tables as it helps to manage things and yes repair the charging sockets of room 2b

Well presented rooms, friendly staff, good location.
No hot water couldn’t have a shower or bath as weather is now really cold, room was amazing only bad thing was there wasnt a English toilet so had to get 2 rooms 1 small room with English toilet and one without.
