Location was amazing, with sea view and wonderful sunsets

We liked the location and the partial sea view.

For the price per night that are charging there are too many negative issues with the apartment!!! Here is a list with just the important ones: 1) the retractable roof at the bedroom is not providing any heat/cold or sound insulation. That makes the night sleep very uncomfortable. 2) the A/C unit and remote control in the bedroom are not working properly. 3) there are no visual power outlets by the bed in the bedroom. 4) there should be blinds (not only shades) at all window opening...the sunlight in the morning is blinding!!!....this is Greece! 5) the guests should not have to ask for pillows, blankets, toilet papers, shower gels and towels. The maids never brought the toilet paper and they only left 2 small towels after they cleaned. 6) the high step from the bedroom to the kitchen is a serious hazard, specially during the night...we fell twice. 7) the door entering the bedroom is too low...I'm (6.1ft) 1.83m and hit my head couple of times too. 8) there are no night lights on the veranda. 9) construction hasn't finish around the door inside the bathroom. 10) I'm sure they can provide a bigger and more comfortable couch for this price.

Excellent apartment, perfect location. All equipment is new and in perfect condition. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Getting a bit more information on the apartment itself and surroundings. It is a new property and the owner is working on this, so will be ok for next visitors.

Beautiful, brand new property with a great view. Apartment was very clean and accessible. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
