Fantastic view, plenty of space, and wonderful location. There was some construction next door, but not an issue during our stay. Cabin could use some care and a deep cleaning. There was mold in the master shower, some dead bugs, burnt out lightbulbs, TV issues, and the carpet upstairs needs attention. The three tier bunk bed is a bit unstable. Three showers is not enough for 24 guests. The superb views of the sunrise and sunset, the party area on the second floor, the basketball goal, short walk to the beach, superb location, and the abundant parking made it worth the stay.

The house was plenty large. We had 17 people stay here, but still had room for more. The beach was a short walk, maybe 1/8 mile. The basketball goal was enjoyed by kids.

First off, we had a hoot! Good cabin. Good location. Good amenities. However, the beds in the downstairs bedroom squeak to the point of being bothersome to others asleep in that room.

The house was perfect, clean, great area, loved it . Had a great weekend. The only thing wrong was the lift elevator for our bags was out climbing up 2 set of stairs was hard. But overall it was perfect

We had a family get together and we had so much fun. Everyone gathered on the second floor the deck floor for games and visiting. The ocean was a short walk down the street. Perfect home for a family gathering. Just needs an elevator for us old folk,lol.

over all ok. great location, many things not working right, a lot of steps to this property. not as clean as other locations. not enough bathrooms for the number of rooms in my mind. Management company was very good to work with.

The house has plenty of space for a family of 20 plus. It was tidy, decorated nicely and had so many sets of stairs that we all had a good workout. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could need, I will recommend to bring plenty of coolers with ice because the refrigerator does not cool fully and we had spoiled items.
The beds were comfy, the linens were not included and we paid the extra fees to have it included, but was disappointed to find out that not only did I have to pay for linens but also install them on all beds, which was too much.
Beach is a short walk and gas stations nearby and plenty of places to get food.
Overall a great stay, would book again!

This is our second time at this rental and it is one of our favorites. It is right on a beach access road but yet on a quiet street with lots of privacy. It has everything and much more for a large group. Swedes provides exceptional service and always prompt to answer to whatever is needed during your stay.
