Bus stop out the front door to deliver you to Key West, and lovely path out the back door for daily walks — perfect! And the cottage itself has lots of light for the front dining area, a week-designed kitchen, comfy TV sitting area, and super large master bedroom with K bed. We loved it! A perfectly located base for car visits to Marathon (don’t miss The Turtle Hospital and Crane Point Hammock), Bahia Honda State Park, local kayak eco-tour in the back country, and walks on Sugarloaf Key’s Jumping Bridge and Lagoon Loop trail. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at Kelly’s Kabin. It is centrally located in between Key West & Marathon. If a quiet place away from the resorts is what you want, this is the place. The unit is cozy. Would consider staying in the future.

This is a wonderful house. It included the necessities we needed to eat in some meals, do laundry, and have a quiet place to ourselves. We love Bahia Honda State Park. So, the distance from there was a driving point to our location choice.

The house was nice and clean. It was very convenient to all the sights we wanted to see. There is a small grocery store very close for supplies. It is helpful that there is a left turn lane along that stretch of the highway to make it easier getting in and out as the road can get quite busy. The patio is a nice feature. we saw a shooting star on our first night there. Thanks!

The Kelly's Cabin was perfect for our trip to the Keys. It was a great size and had everything we were needing to make the week extra special. Our family has a home on LTK and the added space made it possible for everyone to fit comfortably. Thank you!!

Kelly’s Kanin is the the perfect location for a trip to the Keys - super close to Key West and Marathon! Julie’s Kitchen next door was the perfect spot to eat too!! Highly recommend.

The property is clean. The check-in process pretty smooth. It used to take us about 20 minutes to get to Key West so it was very close and the price was cut down by at least half comparing to what Key West properties offered at the time. The only disadvantage was that it was nearly impossible to get out of the house without using anti mosquito spray. You have got a very nice patio with grill but honestly we never used it for that particular reason. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The property has everything that one might need. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was nice and clean and there were little extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, bug spray, etc. The location was great and was only 30 minutes from key west. I would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a great vacation. The location of the home is very close to Summerland Key amenities. Key West is only an hour away as well as marathon. The home was clean and well maintained. Contact with the property manager was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Kelly's Kabin. It was our first trip to the Florida Keys but certainly won't be our last. It was great to have such a neat, clean, and comfy home base for us to stay at on our trip. Everything in the house and on the property was really well set up/laid out, and clean. Kitchen was well-stocked with kitchenware and appliances. Hosts provided towels (bathroom and beach) and beach chairs for us to use during our stay. We were extremely happy with the property and would highly recommend it.

Kelly’s Kabin is well equipped and cozy. It was perfect for exploring both Key West and Bahai Honda State Park. The backyard is nicely shaded.

The house is right on rte 1 in Summerland Key. (Set back quite a lot which is nice) Easy to get anywhere. 30 minutes to Key West and not far to Bahia Honda beaches. Lots of good restaurants close by. (Square Grouper especially). Bed is very comfortable . Cute kitchen. Kristen was very responsive when we had questions. Only issues were
No blender/ measuring spoons/ potato masher/ normal size coffee mugs/2nd sauce pan. I cooked regularly …so if you go out all the time this would not be a problem. No-see-ums …we we’re not able to use the patio because we were covered in bites the first 2 days we were there. This is not just this houses problem… it is just an issue everywhere in the keys. You can put OFF all over you but no sure that is healthy every day for a month. Regardless we really enjoyed our stay.

The Cottage is a delightful place to stay, seems much more spacious than the pictures suggest. It backs right up to the Keys Bike Path, making intra-Key bike rides convenient.

Overall, Kelley's Cabin had a nice central location for exploring the FL keys and was, in our case, a perfect place to stay near the Mote Marine Labs.

We had a great time! Kelly's Kabin is perfectly placed right in the middle of everything we wanted to do..... It was very clean..... clear instructions on what to do for check in and check out. Great hosts. If you are looking for a place to stay. I highly recommend this spot.
