This is a lovely, well-cared for home and we all enjoyed it. We were within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store and shopping. It’s a four bedroom with an alcove in the living room with a day bed - there’s a door to the living room for privacy. It’s a very clean home with well stocked kitchen.
We would definitely rent again.

We had 8 adults with 6 children (6 mo.-3 years old) for two nights, and we had a great time. .2 miles from restaurants/ice cream/grocery stores, etc. We felt safe in this neighborhood, but we were still close enough to visit the aquarium and downtown Cincinnati. Aaron (host) was extremely responsive and involved, and we appreciate that! We’d definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area!

Clean house, plenty of beds, and multiple living/hangout areas. Great location next to gas light district. Would recommend for anyone looking for a conveniently located Cincy getaway or space for friends to get together for the weekend.

A perfect place for our family reunion. Lots of room and gathering spaces for all 9 siblings and spouses. The Out of Towners all slept well and enjoyed our bonus time together. We grew up in Clifton and were literally able to walk down memory lane on Ludlow Avenue. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here.

Aaron was great during our stay. He was super attentive and fast at getting back with me. The space was super comfy and clean! We definitely recommend this stay to anyone with a bigger group. 😊

We were 5 adults consisting of friends and family. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and eclectic shops and galleries on Ludlow (as well as within a mile of the zoo and botanical gardens.)
The rental provided multiple areas for our group to congregate or to have our own space. Loads of towels and cozy blankets are available. And the 2 bathrooms are clean and spacious.
It was a perfect spot to stay for us. Thank you Aaron et.al..

We spent time here with my son and his three children. The location was close to our Cincinnati family and it was easy to get around. The house was great with lots of space. The upstairs area was great for the teenager/preteen to hang out in. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and dishes we needed to prepare meals or just have coffee or tea. We didn’t lack anything. The neighborhood felt safe and it is very quiet. Close walk to Skyline (yum), Graeters ice cream (extra yum) a local grocer that was well stocked plus local eateries. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend this highly

We had a great stay at this property. The house was in a great location - walking distance to everything we needed. Lots of parking in a historic neighbourhood - quiet and comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful.

This is the perfect home for big groups! Everyone in my group slept comfortably with privacy. The upstairs living room was the perfect place to hang out and catch up. And the vanity area in the living room was the perfect place to get ready for our UC homecoming events. The property is in a perfect location! A short distance from UC campus and downtown. Our host, Aaron, was amazing! Very attentive and responsive to every call. We would definitely book again!
