This was a great property - and an even better location. I booked the property because I was in town for work and I brought along my newborn and my nanny. We all had a great time! Everything was within a 6-9 minute drive, and during the day while I was working, my nanny explored the city via stroller with my baby. I will most definitely be staying here again when I'm in town next year!

We (our early 20s children and us the parents) were in town for a family wedding. Location of the town house close to everything- the city, restaurants, the venues, and our relatives. Check-in super easy- took us 30 seconds. Very comfortable place, so much room, gorgeous kitchen and beautiful bath rooms, comfortable furniture. Great towels, water pressure and showers. Everyone happy; no complaints, and that's unusual for my group. Was a great place to call home for the weekend and I would be happy to stay again.

Great stay. The place was clean and welcoming. Felt like home. Our favorite spots were the kitchen and back porch. The location was convenient to our destination and other desired locations. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We will definitely stay here again. What a treat!!!

Came in for the Bama/LSU football game weekend. This place was as advertised lived up to it's billing. Would definitely recommend, you want be disappointed!

Loved this property. We came for a wedding weekend. My son was the groom and we needed comfort, space, convenience to venues, large kitchen, etc. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfy, nice plush towels, comfortable gathering space in living area, kitchen was incredible (normal average knives because people like to take things home so bring your own...I always do). This home had water bottles waiting cold in the fridge, thick paper towels, plenty of storage in a pantry. The bedrooms were perfectly sized with private bathrooms that were gorgeous. Listen, I am picky when it comes to travel. I like comfort. This place was just perfect. Don't hesitate if you need a place and this is available.

This property is just what we need for our stays in Birmingham. The house is perfect for gathering our family and friends, and it's a great spot for a good night's sleep. We love the central location in Five Points, the private parking lot, and plenty of parking on the street. The kitchen is well-provisioned, and the HVAC can keep up with the heat and humidity! Jacob and Susan are fantastic hosts and very responsive to any needs or problems. We'll definitely be back.

Unit looked great from the pictures and exceeded our expectations. Outstanding location near everything. We were in town for a wedding and with 5 different venues around town we never had to drive more than 15 minutes. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Great communication with host.

Very clean and recently constructed home with all the modern conveniences. Close to shopping and downtown Birmingham. Comfortable beds and couches. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Be aware both bedrooms are upstairs in case you have elderly or disabled members in your party.

Great new condo! Very spacious with walk in closets, 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen and lovely porches and green space. Street is very quaint and location is minutes from 5 points restaurants and bars. 5-10 minute drive to Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Highland Park! We had one issue upon arrival but it was remedied and management went out of their way to take care of us! We will definitely be back!
