great location, quietly tucked away but close to all the sites, with a nice beach a short walk away too!

The house was very clean and tidy. Owners were friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Besides all the good things, the house unfortunately had a few flaws. Biggest flaw was that both sliding doors to the terrace were broken and could not be locked. The proposed solution was to always close the electric roller shutters (window blinds). While we accepted this to avoid discussions, we feel this is not a safe solution, as anyone with a remote having the same frequency could remotely open the window blinds. Furthermore I would have expected some kind of compensation/discount when major parts are not in proper condition, but this was unfortunately not offered. Leading to some more restless nights was the hard matress. While we were happy at first that it was not soft and worn out, it turned out to be very stiff and rather uncomfortable. Of course this is specific to personal taste a bit. Cooking equipment is rather kept basic. A dishwasher would be nice to have, but of course was known prior to booking that it's non-existent. As final conclusion, the price-performance-ratio is not satisfactory in our minds.

Location, nice house, nice shared swimming pool.

Not well mantained, no dishwasher and dirty plates and extraction hood. Though parking inside was included she told me to park outside as it was only one night. I washed and ranged all the plates, glasses...left some outside to dry and the owner told me I should dry and range it though it has not been said in the rules of the house...and I had to clean everything when I arrived as it was dirty because the owner had not verified the previous guests had left it OK

We had a great stay at Les Alizes. Fab location, very clean and the hosts were really friendly. Would definitely recommend. Ideal for our family of four. Great pool, bbq area and table tennis.
