The door security, the staff’s manner and appearance; its quiet and serene inside the suites.
We didn’t get the expected meal as an executive occupant as promised, we eventually ordered a takeout,I ate mine while still hot and my fiancé's own got cold cos he was. Out for a meeting and we needed a microwave to heat up t he meal & we were told we had to pay to use one while lodged in an executive suite, now he didn’t like that and went to bed hungry all thanks to them. I was dissatisfied with that.
