Nothing was not to my liking. But I would say that the property seems a bit worn and in need of a spruce up.

This hotel was great for a little get away. The location is close to town but just out of the way enough to make you feel like you’re miles away from everything. The cleanliness of the parking lot to the front desk to the room was above and beyond. The options at breakfast were nice. The staff was very pleasant and professional. I will be back again!

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Close to shopping. Excellent fitness center. Night light in the bathroom (it's the little things). Roomy shower with low entry.

Location. Staff was polite. I only stayed one night... sheets were clean. It was an OK stay. Breakfast was good... not bad for a one night stay. It would have been a good stay if the pool and bathroom weren't messy, but the pool really isn't their fault it was another patron causing it..
Red stains in shower, pubic hair under toilet seat, girl hair at base of toilet, pool had gum wrappers and tissue paper in it. Didn't like the mold smell near soiled utility coming off the elevator on 4th floor. In short, it just seemed like the bathroom was neglected... honestly, the price wasn't that good for the value. But I won't be staying there again so it doesn't matter.

It was conveniently located, the staff was super friendly and treated us like good friends. The breakfast was great!
The room was slightly dirty but not bad..if we turned the A/C up to a more comfortable temp the humidity was very high. To the point you could see the moisture gather on the hard floor and the carpet became sticky.

Ni hot water to shower in, ice makers broken, charged wrong rates but that was corrected by helpful personnel.

Everyone was super family. Room was huge. Staff offered water bottles for us to have in our room. They had complimentary toiletries, mini size versions if you forgot anything. I really was shocked at how big the room was. It even had its own work out machine in it.
There was seseame seeds left on the rug by the sofa. Also a lot in the sofa when I went to pull out the bed. Some dirt on the floor and marks left on the counter tops from previous users. So, It seemed like spots were missed while cleaning and that maybe someone forgot to vacuum.

Breakfast had poor selection and overcooked items
Got this hotel for the indoor pool so my kids could swim. Pool was extremely cold and couldn't even stand in it. Wallpaper bubbling and peeling of the walls. Key stopped working had to get it reprogrammed. Heater blew cold auir for a while before getting warm in the room.
