For sure the location. We had beautiful room with lake view.
The stuff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
The elevators are slow and too small for the size of the hotel. Specially in the afternoon and evening when outside visitors going up to waves.
The service at waves and breakfast were not very friendly, specially when you didn't speak French.
The breakfast buffet is good, the coffee machine is not. I would prefer to get coffee from the service, made freshly and not from a full automatic machine.

fantastic location.
we had a room with a lake view and a terrace which was amazing.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
maybe more gluten free options for breakfast and lunch would be appreciated.

Location was spot on. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Gutless pillows. Staff not that friendly. Waited ages to be served in the bar. The design of the hotel is really bad. Paid for a lake view but the windows have huge bars across them so unless you stand right at the window you can't see anything and even if you do there are more bars outside the window!
