Das Hotel hat eine einmalige Lage am Eingang zum Fextal. Wir hatten ein schönes, renoviertes Zimmer und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit wunderbarem Brot, leckerem Käse und Aufschnitt, Birchermüesli etc.

Schönes 2-stöckiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht aufs Dorf. Oben war ein Doppelbett und unten ein ausziehbares Sofa für die Kinder. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl an Broten. Ein Solebad (auch Kinder willkommen) und zwei Saunas sorgen für Entspannung. Für die ganz Kleinen hat es ein kleines Spielzimmer, für die grösseren Kinder Playstation, Tischtennis etc.

Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Joghurts & Käse beim Buffet angeschrieben wären. Ein Entsafter, um frische Säfte zu machen, wäre auch toll.

Breakfast was good. Reception staff was excellent. Parking facilities sufficient. Position of Hotel excellent.

No shower caps, only one chair in the room. Loose hanging shower walls. The whole washbasin was a LOOSE plastic unit. Bathroom was very tiny. Balcony was only equipped with uncomfortable metal chairs and not even a small table.

Breakfast, pool, staff, room were perfect.

I hope the management is aware of Alessia in the wellness area. She is an excellent employee and an asset to the company. I wish there were many Alessias in the Tourism Industry.

Even though the bed was comfortable, it creaked every time I moved which at times woke me up.

Excellent location to explore Engidine region. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Delightful Solbad. Our favorite was the “backyard” next to the river. Very friendly staff, especially Angelo the bartender!

I liked the inner pool and the sauna

I am personally very angry because they gave me a room that was not the one I pay for, when I booked my stay in booking it showed a completely different room style, the one they gave me was in the attic , besides the bathroom shower was small and old, also the bed cover was so sharply and uncomfortable, it took me a awhile to fall asleep. Also, I could hear all the talk and laugh from the room beside mine, was a very unpleasant stay to be honest. Is not worthy for the price , we paid 245francs more or less because we had to pay apart the parking which is not included! for the owner/ hotel staff please check the picture that booking is showing is not nice to sale something and then give something else, is a very disrespectful behaviour towards the client.

The spa was lovely and the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many choices. We had 2 dinners in the hotel, food was average but we were coming from Italy so hard to compare.

The bathroom lacked ventilation and the shower drain was so clogged you had to take a super short shower so as not to flood the bathroom
