The room was big and spacious, with a lovely bed, and a great view. Cleaners usually did a great job with cleaning the room. Loved the shower with the different settings. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Kept your suitcases safe if you were to go out before or after checking out.

Definitely wasn't worth the money. Although the room was good, the elevators took forever – sometimes up to 20 minutes – to finally get to you. For half the trip, the middle elevator didn't even go to the bottom floor, you get to get out on the second and take the stairs, or wait for another elevator. The pools looked dirty with hair chunks in them, the rooftop one worse than the third floor one. I think the third floor one is cleaned hourly, but the rooftop one isn't cleaned until the end of the day. Food from room service was satisfactory, the bolognese I got was pretty bland with little flavour, and the chocolate lava cake thing I got was absolutely disgusting. Some staff members were nice, others just seemed annoyed at everything. I asked if there was anyway I could change my double bed to two single beds, as a friend has some issues with her hotel and needed somewhere to stay. One girl said yes, I would just have to ask in the morning so the cleaners could do it. I go down to reception in the morning and ask, and another lady said no because I booked for a double bed, but the double bed was clearly two single beds pushed together. TV didn't work either, and I told someone in reception, they said someone would come up to check, no one did.

Room and view of the sea was amazing. The bed was huge and very comfortable, I had better nights sleep than at home! Lobby bar is great and bartenders very attentive. Close to beach/sea. Great shopping center next door, restaurants on rooftop, easy access to center. Metro 5 mins away.

Great location for the auditorium, that's it. A taxi to the center is around 15-20€. The bed was comfortable.

They could've warned us before payment that the building was going through some major renewals. The entrance was packed with rubble, the "pool bar" didn't exist as it was under construction. You would then wake up at 8am listening to machinery, drilling and workers. When we informed the desk staff about this one the receptionists told us, no jokes, to look for another hotel. Luckily one of his colleagues, who understands what working in customer service means, calmed things down. Good for a quick stay when you are not planning to being in the hotel at all.

We wanted to rest but the hotel is under renovation. Nonsense that we needed to wake up every morning max at 8 am because of it…

We stayed on the 15th floor and the city view is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. Another great thing is we can keep the luggage before checkin and after checkout time. They even have staff in the luggage room, which I can not find in other hotels.

We expect the kettle in the room so that we can have hot water for tea or coffee in the morning but they dont. However we understand that because they have a small bar

1. The staff of the hotel are very responsive and friendly. 2. The room is with good view and the location of the hotel is close to seaside and a shopping mall.

1. The bed for the double bed room is assembled by putting two single beds together, leaving a noticeable gap in between and it was quite disturbing. 2. We found stains on the towels and the sink of the bathroom is draining very slowly-to me it seems the hotel was built with great facility but as time goes by they need to be renovated.

The hotel was next a shopping mall which was great and close by to the taxi stand and tram. The room had everything we need. Nice view from the balcony and the bathroom.

No fan in the bathroom which fogged the bathroom after using the shower. The main pillow was long so it was shared between you and your partner.

The whole team of the hotel - with no exception - is very kind and professional. Our room and bathroom was excellent in size and very clean. Good cost-benefit considering the accomodations prices practiced in Barcelona. We enjoyed our stay at Princess Hotel.

Location was alright, and the ocean view was nice, though slightly industrial.

1. Continuous stench in room of sulfur, probably some larger issue with plumbing. Had to call staff to clean but smell would just return. 2. Staff was rude and late. Even though we came in well have check in time our room wasn't ready, and we had to wait for another half hour. For those of you with (non visible) mobility issues: the hotel entry is currently only available by a revoling door. There is another normal door right next to it, but it cannot be opened from outside the hotel to use for entry. Despite having staff positioned at it, they declined to open it and even sneered at us. 3. Amenities were subpar for what we were paying. There weren't any glasses or cups besides 2 in the bathroom, and there was no kettle or coffee machine. This should be standard for this class of hotel. 4. Room wasn't well cleaned - found dust bunnies around bed and though we paid for rooms with views, some of the windows were so dirty the view was essentially useless.
