staff very helpful and pleasant

I liked that it was relatively near the slopes, and that there was a navette taking us to and back from the slopes easily. The beds were comfortable. The view is glorious. I appreciated that they have linens and towels for rent. the staff was very kind and helpful.

I was glad there was an indoor pool however it turned out to be too cold to really enjoy. I feel like the checkout procedure is complicated and cumbersome. The extra charges for Wifi and TV are a bit much: every hotel ans Airbnb pretty much includes that in the price nowadays. Also coming from overseas one isn’t used to having to buy all the little supplies to use in an apartment.

Location is very good. View is very beautiful.

Nobody speaks english, also tourist workers.

Fantastic location near the slopes and great view of the mountains. Very cosy and excellent value for money. Good facilities. Helpful staff.

There was plenty of space but more kitchen storage is needed for food...a few shelves.

The staff on duty when we arrived were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is superb and the view from our apartment was amazing. There is parking directly outside which was wonderful. When we arrived the apartment was lovely and warm.

I was concerned that behind the toilet was not cleaned properly. The mattress was also poor quality so I had to fold blankets onto the bed to make it comfortable before I added my sheet. When I did this I was very disappointed to find a lot of human hair on the blankets so I decided not to use them. I was also incredibly disappointed that the swimming pool closed at 7. The slopes close at 5 and after you have relaxed and had an aperitif there was no time to enjoy the pool/sauna/Jacuzzi which is why I chose this apartment.
