We did not have breakfast. The location was 5 km away from our place of work. We liked the obedience of the workers to our demands. They deposited their phone in our room to give a hotspot, as the wifi strength was low.

Our booking went to Sai Palace Lodge at Kankanady. We had booked in Hotel Shri Sai Palace, Hampankatta. The phone call came from Sai Palace asking for confirmation of booking. We paid them the full amount of Rs.2700/=. We didn't like this change of hotel to lodge.

Hotel name is Sai Palace but in Booking.com showing Shri Sai Palace. I had to come twice and took time in searching this hotel. Please correct and location direction also. No proper service and less staffs... everything we need to do....to telecom facilities...and food services...

Everything we had to stand and negotiate prices even after booking details was provide I booked full apartments but provide with single room and my booking place was allotted to someone else
