Lovely location in a pretty fishing village. Beautiful view from upstairs balcony - very relaxing! comfortable apartment with everything you need. Host, Apostolos, very welcoming and have us lots of useful information as well as leaving fruit and wine in the fridge for our arrival.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It is located in Agia Effimia, a quiet town (with a small harbour and few nice tavernas) in the middle of the island: well positioned for visiting most of the best places in the island (Mirtos beach, Assos, Antisamos beach, Drogarati cave,…). The owner, Apostolos, is a kind person and gave us a lot of informations in order to enjoy our staying.

Everything was ok

Stayed here 6 years ago and still just as good (first time in many Greek holidays that we've been back to same the accommodation). Very spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped. Good WiFi. Apostolos very friendly and went out of his way to help. Quiet location with good views, just a 5 minute walk from supermarket and seafront restaurants. Woukd be happy to return.

Lovely view of the harbour and sea. Very good location, just few minutes walk to the main square with lots of restaurants and bars, but again very relaxing. Incredibly kind and helpful host. He made huge efforts to make sure we had a great time. On arrival to the apartment Apostolos provided fresh fruit, wine, juice and everything else you needed to start the holiday and when we left, he even gave us a present to take home. What a gentlemen. The area and apartment felt very safe. I would highly recommend it.

self catering apartment so no breakfast included. Location is ideal as within walking distance to town /harbour. we had a car so getting out of town is very easy. Agia Efimia is ideal for a base to explore the northern part of the island and Ithaka. Plenty of good restaurants for traditional Greek dishes.

Attic apartment has only 3 small balconies to sit out to enjoy the lovely view. Good though to have another small back balcony to hang clothing. We didn't have neighbours below when we came so I can't say much about proximity.
